The corporations of modern medicine are led by money and not genuine concern for human well being. The proof is in the commercials for prescription drugs. The words "side effect" represent "real effects" of the drug. These "real effects" can cause more damage than the "wanted effect" is helping. These drugs can trick our brain into being addicted to them. We then cannot help ourselves feeding the corporate money making machine. Governments that get involved with health care take away our freedoms with higher taxes, laws and ultimately making health care decisions we should be free to make for ourselves. The corporatization of our food industry (also enabled and misguided by government involvement) has been deceiving us for decades. There are lab created chemicals made to take the place of natural foods, any one of these chemicals can be called by many different names on a box or wrapper. These chemicals trick our brain into being addicted to them. We then cannot help ourselves and because of the marketing we are led to believe that is a good thing. Pesticides that kill living creatures, herbicides that kill living plants and fertilizers designed to produce more fruits, vegetables and grains than a naturally grown plant, are chemicals sprayed on our fruits and vegetables. These chemicals wash off of the land into our lakes, streams, rivers and oceans. The grain is stored in silos that do not get air flow or sunlight which inhibits the growth of fungus. Consuming these chemicals and fungus causes allergies and inflammation. Large corporations raise animals in tight unsanitary conditions. The animals are fed an unnatural diet of corn, silo stored grain covered in fungus, growth hormones and antibiotics. This combination gives them unhealthy guts, it prevents their bodies from processing the nutrients they need to be healthy and makes them unnaturally fat. We end up paying for meat with no nutritional value, laced with fungus and antibiotics and growth hormones. Poor nutrition causes an unhealthy brain, a person with an unhealthy brain is easily brainwashed. Drug companies, governments and processed food companies know this and have no interest in being exposed. These entities pay lawyers and lobbyists lots of money to get laws passed and hide their deceptions with the help of the media. The solution to these issues could be a community like Revero. We need freedom from corporate and government propaganda to be a group of people that have a genuine concern for human well being. We need freedom to study cause and effect. So our farmers grow our fruits, vegetables, grains and raise our animals healthy, understanding that they will be compensated by this community. We can find the best natural balance for our community eco systems as they return to a more natural, less chemical filled environment. We need freedom to share our personal experiences and listen to other people's personal experiences to break free from the deception. This is a great idea that I feel compelled to support. about 3 years ago
