Mr. Naggar has been investing in digital assets personally since 2013, and in a professional capacity since 2022.
From 2007 to 2023, under Mr. Naggar’s direction, GoldenTree built highly sophisticated, proprietary systems to analyze opportunities in CLOs and more recently digital assets. In 2007, Joe established a dedicated team focused on structured products at GoldenTree and as of January 2024, structured product investments at GoldenTree had grown to over $7bn.
Mr. Naggar also served in various capacities including as a member of GoldenTree Asset Management’s Executive Committee as well as its Macro Committee. Prior to joining GoldenTree, Mr. Naggar was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley in its Global Fixed Income Division with a focus on asset backed securities trading and structuring.
Mr. Naggar is a member of The MIT Sloan School Americas Executive Board supporting engagement in North and Latin America. He also serves on the advisory board of the MIT Center for Finance and Policy. He holds an M.B.A from the MIT Sloan School of Business with a concentration in Financial Engineering and a B.S. from the Pennsylvania State University in Mechanical Engineering through the University Scholars program.

Prior to joining GoldenChain, Mr. Gori was Founder and CIO of Itô Investments, a market neutral yield fund focused on investments in the Decentralized Finance space. At Itô, Mr. Gori deployed 8-figures of capital for institutional investors leveraging a proprietary software system that he built to manage the portfolio on a 24/7 basis.
Prior to founding Itô, Mr. Gori was an analyst on the Structured Products desk at GoldenTree, focusing primarily on 2 CLOs and bespoke asset backed securitizations.
Mr. Gori holds a B.S. from MIT in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.

Prior to his graduation in 2018, Mr. Rutherford spent time working on Susquehanna International Groups' market making desk as a Market Intelligence Analyst, as well as an internship at Deloitte Australia on the risk advisory team. He holds a BSc in Finance from Queen's University Belfast.

Before Spartan Capital, he practiced as a M&A lawyer in Singapore. He also has been involved in the digital assets space since 2014.
Mr. Tan earned his Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business Management from the Singapore Management University.

His recent role includes being a Core Team and DAO Board Member at Grape Protocol, focusing on strategic development and building the DAO structure.
Prior to his graduation, Mr. Selekos also interned at Mytilineos S.A. in the trading division and in PwC in the auditing division.
He holds a BSc in Economics, Management, and Computer Science from Bocconi University, Milan.

His work includes the creation of an in-house backtesting engine and a crypto-curated factor library, significantly enhancing GoldenTree's perception of crypto market structure.
Prior to GoldenTree, Harrington contributed his expertise at Risk Harbor as a Research Engineer, where he focused on emerging technologies in DeFi, and at Virginia Tech's Hume Center for National Security and Technology as a Graduate Research Assistant, developing network simulations using ML algorithms. Mr. Harrington also led teams of fellow interns to victory in machine learning competitions while at MITRE Labs, and built full-stack web applications while a consultant at Joseki Technologies.
Harrington earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a major in Computer Science from Princeton University, undertaking minors in Applied Mathematics, Statistics & Machine Learning, and Creative Writing.
He further completed a Master of Science in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, concentrating his research on the intersection of machine learning, blockchain technologies, and data privacy.
He is a published author on the topic of Federated Machine Learning, and contributes to public research on emergent DeFi mechanisms.


She has been with Republic for three years and has been involved in a number of strategic projects and acquisitions during her tenure, including serving as Managing Director of the Republic Deal Room, a syndicate with 14k active investors. She also spent time in the venture space as a Principal for XRC Labs, investing in consumer and retail technology startups with corporations like Esteé Lauder, TJX, CVS Health, and in operations at a $350M AUM family office.
She holds a Master's in International Business and Public Policy from Georgetown McDonough School of Business and a BA in Global and International Studies, Linguistics, and Spanish from the University of California, Santa Barbara.


Prior to this, he served as Head of Legal at Gallant Exchange, as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, specializing in fund formation and regulatory compliance for hedge funds and private equity clients.
Darren received his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a BA in economics from Brandeis University.

Antonio's legal background also includes providing paralegal support at the Social Security Administration and the United States Attorney's Office, where he demonstrated proficiency in legal research and writing.
