Opportunity
The collectibles market is booming
Consumers are seeking unique display-worthy storage solutions for their prized items such as watches, pocket knives and challenge coins.
Users are increasingly spending on everyday carry and collectibles, but traditional storage options for these accessories have been either prohibitively expensive or low quality. Before Holme & Hadfield, collectors often stored their valuable items in hidden drawers or boring traditional cases that didn't do them justice.
Just like classic cars are kept in pristine condition, so are knives, watches, and coins that are often worth thousands of dollars.
Our unique products allow people to proudly display and tell the story of their favorite accessories.
Problem
Traditional storage solutions are outdated and uninspired
Existing solutions fail to meet the needs of modern collectors who want to display their items proudly.
Collectors often spend thousands on their knives, watches, and coins, only to store them away in hidden drawers or old-fashioned cases.
These solutions don't do justice to the value and beauty of their collections. We have customers with collections of 50+ watches or 400+ pocket knives, and they are seeking attractive, functional storage options that showcase their prized possessions.
Solution
We design products with the collector in mind
We work with collectors to design products that combine functionality with aesthetic appeal.
Holme & Hadfield creates beautifully crafted, patented storage solutions that allow collectors to organise and display their collections with pride.
Developed in collaboration with our highly engaged community, our products cater to collectors at all levels. Whether someone has just 2 watches or a bigger collection of 40-50 pocket knives, our wide range will include options that meet their needs, making us the right choice for both beginner and hardcore collectors.

Traction
$10m Revenue in 3 years
In 2023 alone H&H achieved $5.5 million in revenue.
Customers
Our customers are true fans, owning up to 12 products
Our community-driven approach ensures customers are involved in every aspect of the business, and now they become our investors.
Before every product launch, we have hundreds of people ready to buy the new, upcoming product. For example, during the launch of The Armada - our biggest knife case to date - we generated $88.5k in revenue across three days (all driven from our community with no ad spend!).
Our customers range from beginners with a few prized items to hardcore collectors with extensive collections of watches, knives, and coins. Our core audience during non-holiday periods mainly consists of men aged 35-55. During holidays like Valentine's Day, Father's Day, and Christmas, this shifts to women purchasing gifts for their partners. This broad appeal demonstrates the versatility of our products, making them attractive to both men and women of all ages.
Our community-driven approach ensures our products meet our customers exact needs, resulting in high customer loyalty and repeat purchases (some customers own up to 12 cases!).
Our engaged community on social media and in our private Facebook group is a testament to our strong customer base. This is reflected in the number of people (500+) who regularly complete our monthly product development surveys, providing us with invaluable feedback that we use throughout our development process.
Business model
We operate through four core pillars:
1. Amazon
2. Direct-to-consumer (DTC)
3. Wholesale
4. International expansion
So far, Amazon has been our main focus, driving significant growth, especially during the last quarter of each year. We have explored three additional verticals - DTC, wholesale, and international - and having seen proof of concept in each, we are excited to expand and really scale each of them.
This approach ensures multiple revenue streams and resilience against market fluctuations. We leverage a strong network of influencers, content creators and affiliates to drive growth and brand awareness, ensuring our products reach a wide and engaged audience.
1. Direct to Consumer
We achieved $1 million in sales on our website in 2023, representing 10X growth from 2022. This was achieved despite only starting paid traffic to our website from September 2023. With the planned product launches and specialized knowledge, we expect DTC to become the largest part of our business.
2. Retail Partnerships/Wholesale
We achieved $600k in retail sales in 2023, solely from inbound inquiries and without a dedicated team focusing on this. Post-investment we look to begin regularly attending trade-shows for the first time whilst also hiring a sales rep or working with a retail broker to execute an outreach strategy.
By implementing this strategy we expect to significantly increase this area of our business, securing relationships with larger online retailers and then also, a little further down the line, with Big Box Retail contracts with stores like Bloomingdales, Saks, Neiman Marcus, Sears, and Selfridges.
3. International Growth
We achieved over $600k in sales in new territories (UK, CA & DE). Following this raise, we hope to launch 90% of products on Amazon, Etsy, and our website, targeting EU sales in 2024 and expansion into Asia & Australia in 2025.
With this combined approach we’ve achieved over $2 million in proof of concept alone. Imagine what we can accomplish with investment of capital and a dedicated team in each new area and a full year to make it happen!
Market
The global collectibles market is expected to reach $450 billion by 2026
Additionally, upward trends in hybrid and remote work mean that people are investing more in their home environments.
Collecting accessories like watches, knives, and coins is becoming increasingly popular, and with Holme & Hadfield providing beautiful, unique display cases, it’s the perfect storm for our growth.
The combined annual online search volumes for display cases in related categories are substantial, with over 7 million searches annually. This indicates a high demand for products such as watch cases, knife cases, coin cases, sunglasses display cases, pen display cases, cigar humidors, and watch winders.
As the first to offer stylish, functional display solutions, we have a unique and strong position in the market. Our innovative designs, strong community, and patented products set us apart, offering investors a unique opportunity in a rapidly expanding market.
Competition
"There is no other brand like yours…"
Here’s how we differentiate from other market participants:
Innovative designs
The market we operate in is in disarray. There are legacy manufacturers with outdated styling and exorbitant prices, and then there are newer manufacturers whose focus is on low cost and quality. Holme & Hadfield fills the gap with products that meet the needs of our community, offering lasting quality and a value-for-money pricing proposition. Our innovative designs ensure that our products resonate with modern collectors who seek both functionality and aesthetic appeal. In short, Holme & Hadfield has secured a highly advantageous position at the forefront of the market, as a leader in quality, variety and value.
Gold Winner 2023
Community-driven
Our community-driven approach sets us apart. We have built a robust, engaged community that helps shape our product line. We run a private Facebook group where we continually seek and implement customer feedback via product surveys. We use this input to ensure we create the products that people really want. This methodology has led to numerous successful launches over the past three years and we expect it to continue to guide the trajectory of our future product development.
Vision and strategy
Holme & Hadfield will become the lifestyle brand serving the need of every collector from start to finish
We see a future where Holme & Hadfield is delivering lifestyle products beyond accessory organizers, broadening its target market and appeal while maintaining core brand values.
Our journey so far has focused on building core products in core markets. With investment we look to product, channel and market extension.
Product Roadmap
We’re currently designing and testing multiple new products as well as modular add-ons. Some new products are tapping into new niches (e.g. pens, cigars, whiskey) and others are serving our customers in new settings (e.g. travel cases). Our modular add-ons have been heavily requested by our customers and include extra drawers, drawer inserts and extra pillars.
We also plan to create brand awareness through limited edition drops and brand collaborations. These broad product extensions should significantly enhance the customer lifetime value and repeat purchase rate.
As our product offering widens, so too will the size of our total addressable market. This in itself creates a huge opportunity to move vertically into the accessory market directly (creating accessories and not only organizers).
