The company behind RealtyFeed, Realtyna, has been in business for a decade and is profitable. Our existing products are real estate software. We offer a one-time payment for individual products and bundles, all of which come with lifetime licenses and optional renewal for annual support services. These include MLS/IDX integrations and lead generation software.
Our most popular product, WPL Pro, is a listing web app. Real estate professionals can use WPL Pro to list their properties on their own website and add other functionality to their platform.
RealtyFeed is a SaaS with a monthly subscription fee. It uses AI and machine learning to provide the best experience for gamified lead generation, social media integration, and search engine optimization.
RealtyFeed will be available first to the 11,000 paid B2B clients currently using Realtyna software. They will receive special access and a badge for joining the RealtyFeed social network.
We also have an iOS and Android app, that acts as a multi-tool in agents' pockets.

We are targeting the quickly growing $18 billion global real estate software market. We plan to target not only the U.S. market (with 1.6 million real estate pros), but also international markets, which contain huge untapped potential for the RealtyFeed professional social network.
In addition, gamification in business has gained momentum in recent years. It's been shown to increase customer interactions and create more positive user experiences. The estimated global market value of gamification is $11.94 billion by 2021.

The market disruptor to the old-fashioned monopoly
Our main competitor currently has a monopoly on lead generation, but there's a huge opportunity to disrupt the status quo.
We have a clear plan for how to do this and allow for a new platform to successfully compete. Our competitors don't have an innovative collaboration tool and, in our opinion, it will take them too long to develop a similar product while we have a head start.
Our main competitor's new tactic is to compete with their own clients (real estate agents). This has raised a lot of questions in the industry and real estate professionals are ready to move on and find a new, innovative lead generation platform.

Younger generations entering the real estate market are looking for innovative, user-friendly and exciting tech to help grow their businesses. We believe RealtyFeed is the solution, and our vision is to make it as popular as conventional social networks, with a focus on the real estate space.
We want to empower real estate professionals while holding them accountable for their transactions with the clients.
We have extensive plans for the upcoming months. Currently, we are developing our phase 2 features, which include the release of the latest version of our already successful web app. We're targeting our launch into U.S. and Canadian real estate markets for late 2021, and we hope to bring in 10K+ paid users in the U.S. with whom we already have business relations.

Giselle Abadi is the CTO and co-founder of Realtyna. She is an inventor and holds a B.Sc. in electronics/control systems. She has 20 years of international management experience in the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East. She is a creative, meticulous, and determined leader who leverages her background in engineering, business development and project management in all her entrepreneurial endeavors.
Ali Attar is the CEO and co-founder of Realtyna. He is a visionary and determined self-taught leader who began pursuing his entrepreneurial spirit at the age of 16, when he successfully founded the first satellite-based ISP in his hometown in 1996. He is an inventor and winner of multiple innovation awards.
