The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the next generation of our financial infrastructure and marketplace products. This role sits at the nexus of blockchain and traditional finance — driving the build of our tokenization capabilities; token minting, distribution, burning lifecycles and our asset management ledgers across both traditional and digital realms. This is a complex space for a smart, ambitious and driven person.
As a senior leader on the product team, you’ll define strategy, champion agile practices, and launch products that balance cutting-edge innovation with banking-grade reliability. You’ll collaborate across engineering, design, legal, compliance, and business teams to deliver scalable, trusted solutions in a fast-moving global market.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the ideation, development, and launch of core infrastructure and tokenization products.
- Define and communicate product strategy in collaboration with executives and stakeholders.
- Motivate cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features that scale globally.
Champion agile product practices, adapting frameworks to fit complex challenges.
- Drive rapid prototyping, experimentation, and data-driven iteration.
- Partner with compliance, legal, and operations to navigate global regulatory landscapes.
- Establish and track product KPIs that measure adoption, reliability, and business impact.
- Mentor team members and contribute to Republic’s product culture of innovation and excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of technical products.
- Proven mastery of agile product development in an integrated POD/team environment.
- Strong background in computer science, engineering, or equivalent hands-on work with technical teams.
- Experience in fintech, digital assets, or blockchain/tokenization markets highly valued but not expected.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to align global teams across engineering, compliance, and business functions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward simplicity and first-to-market execution.
A desire to attend our lovely offices in New York on 5th Avenue and contribute to our culture but willing to travel to our global offices in Tel Aviv, London as needed.

Compensation
Base salary: $140,000-180,000 annually. Eligible for bonus and equity grants, based on skills, experience, and location.
