About the role
We are seeking a product designer with at least 2 years experience to join our wallet and crypto team. You’ll design experiences that bridge Web2 familiarity with Web3 innovation.
Our users include traditional investors who are new to crypto, so your work will simplify concepts like signing, transactions, gas, and wallet recovery into intuitive flows that feel like modern consumer fintech. You do not need to be a blockchain expert, but familiarity with using self-custody or passkey wallets—and a curiosity about blockchain technology—is important.
You’ll work on both web and mobile app products, iterating on existing experiences while also gaining exposure to greenfield initiatives in trading, web3, and crypto.
What you’ll do
- Design for the Wallet and Crypto team, iterating on current products across web and mobile.
- Serve new to Web3 investors by creating intuitive, user-centred solutions.
- Participate in discovery, workshops, and co-design sessions with customers and colleagues.
- Translate complex problems into clear interaction models, task flows, and high-fidelity designs.
- Test and validate designs with users to ensure solutions meet real needs.
- Collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Align with other product and design teams to maintain consistency in design, brand, and user experience.
- Take part in design team sessions, sharing your work and giving constructive feedback.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in product design
- NYC based, hybrid office schedule
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, craft, and impact.
- Experience contributing across the product design lifecycle—from research and ideation to prototyping and delivery.
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Strong communication skills to explain and discuss your design decisions.
- Solid skills in both UX and UI design, with proficiency in Figma.
- Experience working in agile, collaborative teams.
- Has used at least one self-custody wallet (e.g., MetaMask, Phantom, Ledger, Rainbow, Coinbase Wallet) and understands common UX pain points
- Demonstrated ability to design under technical constraints or distributed system limitations.
- Excited to rethink how wallets should work for non-crypto-native audiences.

Compensation: Base salary: $130000-150000 annually. Eligible for discretionary bonus and equity grants, based on skills, experience, and location.
