About the role
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support strategic partnerships and client integrations. This role sits at the intersection of business, product, and engineering to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of integrated solutions with external partners.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at translating business needs into technical requirements, and can confidently manage both internal stakeholders and external partners end-to-end.
What you’ll do
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for key partnerships, translating client business needs into clear technical requirements and integration plans.
- Gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements for partner integrations.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to align on scope, APIs, workflows, and system architecture.
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, API requirements, and data mappings.
- Coordinate integration timelines and dependencies across internal and external teams.
- Support end-to-end partner onboarding, including integration planning, implementation support, and launch readiness.
- Analyze existing systems and partner architectures to identify dependencies, constraints, and risks.
- Troubleshoot integration issues in collaboration with engineering teams and external technical contacts.
Drive continuous improvement of integration processes and documentation standards.
Our ideal candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical business analysis, product analysis, or systems analysis.
- Strong understanding of APIs, web services, data structures, and integration patterns.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, FinTech, marketplace, or B2B platform environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, and SQL.
- Prior experience owning partner onboarding or external integrations.

A qualified candidate can expect a base salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000. A standard offer from Republic includes base compensation, equity options, and a highly competitive benefits and perks package.
