Republic Note is Republic's flagship investment product and a digital security asset (token). It shares revenue from Republic's expansive and growing venture portfolio with investors, and provides other non-monetary benefits and utilities. Learn more about the Republic Note.
While Republic is committed to providing access to private assets for all, there are certain restrictions imposed by third parties that limit who can currently participate in the trading of Republic Notes. Republic will continue to work on increasing participation in and access to the Republic Note and private assets in general.

The infrastructure for security token trading is still quite nascent. INX has a unique set of licenses that allows for 24/7 trading and is one of less-than-a-few regulated platforms for security tokens right now in the world. There is no current regulatory pathway to list Note on any major CEX (centralized exchanges) you might think of. The good news is this industry is developing quickly, not without our efforts.
To invest in the Republic Note, you would need to set up a trading account on INX — Republic’s partner trading platform. Once set up, you can place a purchase (buy) order on the market at a desired price - and if and when the seller is found, you will receive your tokens in your wallet.

A digital security is the same as a traditional security (like equity or debt) but tracked digitally (on blockchain). The digitization creates an unprecedented level or transparency, and promises many benefits for investors in the future, like automation, access, speed, tradability, interoperability, etc.
Specifically, each Republic Note is a digital form of a unit of Class B limited liability company membership interests, issued by Republic Core LLC.
