Ready Set Jet is a global beauty and wellness brand combining hybrid product innovation with a social impact model focused on empowering underserved women. Founded in 2020, the company offers multi-use, vegan skincare and color products designed for all skin tones and adaptable to global climates. Its core line—the Beauty Baton Collection—features customizable, travel-friendly packaging and 35+ globally compliant formulations built for modern, on-the-go lifestyles.

Social impact is built into the company’s structure. For every product sold, a portion of proceeds supports education, skills training, and entrepreneurship programs for women in underserved communities, particularly in India. This initiative—called Pass the Baton—is part of the brand’s broader effort to use beauty as a tool for economic mobility and leadership development.

Ready Set Jet is backed by Amazon US, Trishul Capital, and strategic backers across the U.S. and India. Notably, over 90% of funding has come from female and BIPOC investors. 

Founder and CEO Shalini Vadhera previously scaled a $21M cosmetics brand and launched products at Sephora, QVC, and Victoria’s Secret. She is a recipient of numerous awards including The Mahatma Gandhi award, which was presented to her at the UK House of Lords in recognition of her contributions to women’s empowerment and social impact through entrepreneurship.

Strategic partnerships include Nykaa, India’s leading beauty retailer, and a growing network of international distributors. 

Recently, Ready Set Jet became the world's first beauty brand certified for space travel, with products launching aboard Axiom Mission 4 to the International Space Station. The company views this mission as a convergence of biotechnology, space science, and wellness, setting the stage for a new category of skincare products for high-performance lifestyles.
