Launch Day

Upon public launch, your campaign will immediately be visible on republic.com/companies. Deals with the most investment volume appear at the top while deals with less volume show up lower on the page. The more you raise, the higher you'll move up on the page.

Trending

If you raise $25K from 50 investors in a 72 hour period, your campaign will receive the trending tag. This will move your campaign up to the top of the homepage and the companies page.

$50,000 milestone

Eligible for to be featured in the recently launched section of our weekly roundup email or newsletter

Your offering will also be eligible to participate in Republic’s email retargeting program. Deal page visitors who do not make an investment will be sent a series of three emails within the following week to help convert their interest over to investment.

Once your campaign is live and openly viewable on Republic's marketplace, you will be invited to participate in our Founder Pitch videos. You’ll record your answers to five commonly asked investor questions. Republic will send a link to your finished video out to our active community as part of our weekly roundup or newsletter. The video will also be posted on the Republic Insights page.

“Last chance to invest” emails sent to campaign followers who cancelled their investments and investors who did not complete their investments (abandoned carts)

For any company whose raise is above $100,000, a dedicated “Closing soon” email will be sent within the last 96 hours of your campaign. If there are other campaigns closing at the same time, all closing issuers may be featured in one email with no more than five issuers at a time

Newsletter feature

In addition to being featured in the "Recently Launched" and "Closing Soon" sections of our newsletter, you’re also eligible to be highlighted when relevant current events and other types of tag-based objective criteria are applicable. The content decisions for what we highlight are made by Republic and will feature some, but not all issuers at any given time.

Milestones

Your launch activation email is sent once you have $100K in commitments. This is a dedicated launch email and your campaign will be the only one featured in this activation. This email will be sent to a targeted segment of our user base. Our team takes the strongest points from your deal page to craft the email that is most likely to generate investor interest.

You are also eligible to receive another dedicated email feature when you reach the following targets: $500K,$1M, $3M.

Social media feature

During your campaign, you may tag Republic's social media on your promotional content and Republic will repost one from each social channel.

Trending

Autopilot

Autopilot investments allow investors to automatically build a diversified startup
portfolio. More information on Autopilot can be found here. Your offering will qualify once you have raised over $150K from 100+ investors.

Autopilot investments may be below the minimum amount you’ve set for your campaign.

External exposure opportunities

We have a network of media outlets and angels that are regularly looking for interesting companies and founders to interview/feature on their programs. We systematically make these parties aware of all new offerings on Republic, but cannot guarantee that you will be selected.
