1. People are everything.
   The success of a company is driven by the people behind the scenes. From our employees, to our partners, to the issuers raising capital and our incredible investors—these people are the ones paving a new way forward and making our success possible.

2. Positivity is contagious.
   When you're in the business of building new things, every single day is filled with multiple reasons to get discouraged. Finding the discipline to maintain a positive outlook not only can give you the personal strength to overcome those obstacles, but also will ripple through the relationships you build with your team, your partners, your supports, and importantly, your customers.

3. Believe in the impossible.
   People told us we were crazy when we first launched. There was always a reason to not believe in Republic's success—too many regulations, too ahead of its time, too impossible. Well, we believe in building the impossible and after $500 million in capital deployed into cutting edge companies—we think we're off to the right start. 😉

4. The work is interconnected.
