Dividend pool surpasses $1 million

The Republic Note dividend pool is now over $1 million!

As a reminder, the Note dividend pool grows when Republic is able to sell eligible investments it has made for cash, and places a portion of them into an interest-bearing account dedicated to the Note. Once the Note dividend pool hits $2 million, dividends will be paid out to Note holders. 

While this is a great milestone, let’s be clear: this is just the beginning. Republic’s portfolio, which includes upside in hundreds of companies across dozens of categories and stages, is designed for long-term growth. Companies in the portfolio include SpaceX, Avalanche, Carta, Gumroad. Republic expects to grow the dividend pool quickly over the next quarter, and our focus remains on delivering value to every Note holder. We plan to add deeper integration with other Republic products, and more special perks for Note holders coming soon. 

Currently, Republic’s two main investment arms (U.S. Retail and Capital) are the primary contributors to the Note's dividend pool. As Republic grows, it plans to continue adding more sources of upside for Note holders in order to further speed up the growth of the Note dividend pool.
