The Republic Note Watford Investor Perk Program ("Perk") is managed by Republic Core LLC ("Republic Core"). Eligible Republic Note investors who invest any amount in the Watford FC campaign on the Republic.com platform will receive an exclusive Watford Investor t-shirt ("T-shirt"). To qualify, participants must be existing Republic Note holders at the time of their investment in the Watford FC campaign. The Perk begins on June 17, 2024, and ends when the Watford FC campaign closes. Details on the claim process and T-shirt distribution will be provided post-campaign.

The T-shirt is available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. The Perk is void where prohibited by law. Republic Core may modify, suspend, or terminate the Perk at any time without notice in its sole discretion.

Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. By participating, investors indemnify Republic Core and its affiliates against any claims related to their participation in the Perk. The Perk is subject to other applicable terms and the privacy policy on the Republic.com platform. Republic Core reserves the right to adjust these terms as needed.
