The Republic Note Investor Referral Program (“Program”) is managed by Republic Core LLC (“Republic Core''). To participate, you must be an existing Republic Note holder. Participants must be legal residents of jurisdictions where such referral programs are allowed by law. Each eligible participant will receive a Republic Note T-shirt embedded with a Near Field Communication (NFC) chip containing a unique referral code. For a referral to count towards this program, invitees must tap the NFC chip and complete the signup process via the designated flow on the Republic.com platform. Before engaging in the NFC chip tapping process, all participants and potential participants must ensure that they receive proper consent from any referees or potential referees to the Program to be shown the website for the Program following the NFC chip tap. 

All participants and potential participants in the Program attest that the proper consent has been received from any referees before their use of the NFC chip and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Republic Core and any of its affiliates from or in connection with the process of tapping the NFC chip. Both the referrer and the referee will receive a bonus once the referee successfully undergoes Know-Your-Customer and Anti-Money Laundering processes and then completes the signup process. The nature and amount of the bonus for each referral are at the sole discretion of Republic Core. All bonuses are subject to availability. Republic Core reserves the right to withhold rewards in the case of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

This Program commences on June 10, 2024, and will continue until terminated by Republic Core. Republic Core reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time without prior notice, including the terms and rewards offered. Referrals made prior to June 10, 2024, are not eligible for rewards under this Program.

Participants are responsible for their own compliance with local laws, including tax obligations related to the receipt of rewards. The Program is void where prohibited by law. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Republic Core against any claims or liabilities arising from breach of these Terms and Conditions. Republic Core reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions or revoke the Program at any time and without notice.
