Almost one month into the New Year and the healthy eating resolution enthusiasm that kicked off 2020 is now beginning to wane. Enter prepared meal delivery. We’re excited to share that Delish.com, one of the most trafficked food-related destinations online, included us in a roundup of prepared meal delivery services to check out. 

The first quarter is a very popular time for our service. As the excitement of cooking wears off, both the newly and seasoned health-conscious eaters rely on meal delivery service, like Provenance, to deliver nutrient-dense, high quality, and ready-to-eat meals that will support them throughout the week.

There are many ways in which we are a step above the competition! Here are our main differentiators:

1. Choice - With our Daily Essentials program you choose your meal types (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack), number of days, and meals from our menu. The menu changes every week and features over 20 options for plant-lovers AND omnivores alike. Many of our competitors are plant-based only, and don’t allow you to choose what you receive, so if you don’t like something on their plan, you’re stuck with it. We know that healthy food means much more than a daily lunch salad.

2. Healthiest - While our competitors claim to be healthy, they still use cheaper refined vegetable oils in their meals, including canola, sunflower seed, grapeseed, and safflower oils. We know that the omega 6 to omega 3 ratios are highly unfavorable for the human body in those vegetable oils, and only prepare Provenance meals with truly healthy fats, such as olive, coconut, and avocado oils.

3. Creative, elevated cuisine - Our meals are thoughtfully designed by wellness experts and fine-dining chefs using unique ingredients in creative preparations to exceed expectations on taste and flavor. There is nothing that feels mass-produced in our meals.
