Did anyone figure out how to move their shares over to their brokerage account? Another point, I don't believe CNS Pharma ever set an early valuation like many of the other companies I invested in. I believe it was a SAFE with a 20% discount so what's the valuation of the company now?

Gregg Carlson Yes, I was able to move my shares over within a week of them being issued. I believe it was a SAFE with no valuation set and no discount. Certainly not the best Pre-IPO structure but I invested more for cause than the actual investment with this company.

Hard to believe Republic would let this happen on the site. Many of us may not have invested a lot but together we make a difference in this Climaco's company (Who I am deeply disappointed in) He discourages others and will keep them from investing

By my figures if you invested the limit of $250, you will receive 74 shares of CNSP. A letter should be coming explaining how to get our shares to a brokerage account. I didn’t buy more through Dawson but should have. I did but more in my brokerage account but had to pay full price. 🤕
Best of luck to all of us with our investment in CNSP. I haven’t been happy with the way things have been handled either, but “It is what it is.”

There are 666 of us that invested In CNS Pharma, I suggest calling AND writing (email jbernthal@dawsonjames.com) regarding the failure to follow protocol - any SEC experts out there? Again, there are 666 of us and that means everything.

Nice... UP 8% on IPO and I had zero way to get in with more weight because of a lack of giving a rats ass by your banker Dawson whom I reached out to multiple times!! AND I cant get access to MY shares at MY 16% discount because REPUBLIC has its proverbial head up its ass too. This is complete bullshit. I'll invest my money elsewhere from now on. Lesson learned.

Frankly, SCREW these guys and screw Republic too for not being proactive with this process and how it works. I got ZERO information from Dawson... Too bad too because I COULD invest much more, but now maybe I'm not interested. I dont care if its $2 or 2 million EVERYONE deserves to be communicated with in a concise and clear marker if they dont know how this process works because its the FIRST TIME they invested in a crowd safe investment and a company went public.

John , hello. It is my first investment . It is currently hard to understand what I get for my investment of 1000 dollars in April of 2018. I would like to invest in more in the currently available opportunity, but I first wish to understand what I will receive from my initial investment.

John Strickland @peggy-tarrant @svetlana-brown I contacted Republic and they answered promptly. Turns out we invested at $3.68 or so. Do the math and you can figure out how many shares you got for what ever you invested. Also told I would be contacted to find out what account I want to put the shares in. No word yet.

I just called the main number and was told this is an offering. Investors do not have to purchase more shares, it's just an option available if you'd like to. She said the shares would be between $4 - $5 dollars. They have nothing to do with the investment in CNS Pharma.

Alan Kline @roberta-lynn that is good that you were proactive and called but what I have seen is any information on how you’re investment into this company’s IPO will be converted into shares? That is usually what takes place when you invest in a startup and they go public on an exchange. So something is not right here?

I will add my name to the list of confused ones. The above update seems to imply that we as early investors need to do more to secure our shares.

Great news! What happens to our current Crowd Safe - does it get automatically converted into actual shares through the IPO?

Thomas Calhoun I’m wondering that too @kevin-law. And the price of common stock in our Crowd Safe papers said common stock was $0.001 per share. ??? But now we can buy more at IPO price? Confused!

Profile picture of Arash Esmailzadeh
Arash Esmailzadeh @kevin-law They are saying they will offer the IPO between $4-5. I believe our investment will get 16% discount from the final amount. So if it is $4, our purchase price will be $3.36 per share. With a $250 original investment, you get 74 shares.

Thomas Calhoun @william-stratton I guess we have found out. The Crowd Safe info has to be so legal sounding that you have to be a lawyer to understand it. I’ve read where early investors with $100 at Uber became millionaires after about seven years. When I read about common stock being $0.001 per share I thought we were getting the same opportunity. Looks like that will just be for Mr Climaco and a few others. Learn from our mistakes I guess. No more investing in CrowdShare or Republic for me.

Amy Cima Yes, two of my investments with Microventures did the same with Pinterest and Lyft- they just gave me a $600 profit on each on a $10k investment and I thought we would get shares as well- Bummer because it has been with them for quite some time and I thought I would get a lot more out of it. They say it is "Up to the Firm and they don't have control." Definitely misleading and a downer.@thomas-calhoun
