Our farm-to-fridge kiosks feature meals, snacks and drinks for every time of day. Offerings range from yogurt parfaits and salads to microwavable entrees. Our partner options include premium drinks, ready to eat snacks and take home meal kits.

FullSkoop started in 2017 in the San Francisco financial district, selling premium meals via wholesale and our retail food carts. We grew top line revenue by 4.5x in 2018 and 2x in 2019. Fresh food smart vending in the US has been gaining momentum with a couple dozen companies cumulatively deploying 8,000 units in recent years. Technologies span from cameras and weight sensors to RFID and robotics . On a big scale companies like Amazon are aggressively evolving these technologies in large format(grocery/convenience stores). Like many technologies Covid-19 has accelerated US smart vending adoption by ten years; most notably the work from home shift in condo complexes.

Frictionless speed to market
Our largest competitor has 1,500 deployments, a drop in the bucket based on the market opportunity. In addition to having a full day menu we make internally we also have shelf leases for partners with complimentary products; premium drinks, snacks & meal kits. This provides an inexpensive retail footprint for partners while we handle all logistics & transactions.
In this partner exchange we further mitigate risk for underperforming stores while fortifying our cash flow. Partners are required to co-promote the micro store via social media, promotions & tastings. Strategically our partner revenue enables cost free placement for the host facility(Hospital, Condo, School, etc.).

With your investment, FullSkoop will enter into phase II of our market strategy. We will place 96 fridges across the greater San Francisco bay area within eighteen months of reaching our funding goal, earning us $2.9M in ARR.

We have previously raised $500k in seed funding from angel investors, friends, and family. Funds from our Republic offering will go towards producing 100 new smart fridge units, fleet upgrades, targeted marketing and new hires.
