Awesome Fest: Highlighting diverse Latinx talent
Awesome Fest is our annual, free event where inspiring voices from the Latin American tech ecosystem share their knowledge, become role models and inspire others. With a strong focus on community (local groups get to organize their own panels), Awesome Fest creates spaces where technology, diversity, inclusion and opportunity congregate.

Business model
Scalable, recurring business models. Fair pricing.
Get on Board is a 100% software-based platform, so our products can scale indefinitely. We have a diversified business model with several product lines that build on each other.
For companies
- Recruiting subscriptions (65% of our revenue): We sell monthly, quarterly and yearly subscriptions. Companies can post unlimited jobs and get quotas for featuring jobs more prominently and searching our 900,000+ Talent Database. At this moment, we have ~150 paying subscribers with tickets ranging from 200 USD/mo up to 12,000 USD/yr.
- Pay as you go (10% of revenue): Small businesses can post and feature jobs paying individually via credit card.
- Insights Pro subscriptions (15% of revenue). We sell yearly subscriptions of quarterly reports ranging from 1500 USD to 18,000 USD. Currently we have 10 paying subscribers.
- Awesome Fest sponsorships (10% of revenue): We sell sponsorship packages for our yearly event. Our typical event has 12-15 paying sponsors.
For professionals
- Our core product is and will always be 100% free for professionals. No one should ever be paying for finding and applying to jobs.
- Coach Pro: an optional, low-cost ($5/mo) subscription service. In pilot stage, with ~400 subscribers.
