The last year has been an absolute rollercoaster which is why I have been so delayed on sending frequent updates. For that, I apologize as I know this community has been so instrumental in getting to this stage. I am committing to changing that going forward as Markets EQ (the company that purchased Helios' assets).

Let me first make everyone absolutely clear on the Helios asset purchase. You've all received a notification for consent and approval, which was confirmed earlier this summer. This ensures your investment in Helios Life Enterprises, Inc. now represents ownership in Markets EQ. Inc. This transition was critical as Markets EQ, Inc. has a new co-founder (Daniel Shields) with myself and has a wider vision to utilize voice tone. The world of AI has accelerated so quickly over the last 18 months that these strategic decisions enabled an opportunity to realize a full potential. There is a transfer agent who can answer any logistical questions on the investment and I, with Dan, are available for any additional needs.

We have created a platform that can impact millions through communications coaching, brand perception understanding and corporate intelligence. Let's take this to the next level.

October has been a powerful month of growth and momentum at Markets EQ, setting the stage for some exciting milestones ahead. This is just the beginning as we have several launches planned before end of year where every, single investor can help us succeed.
