My ID verification is still pending, what do I do?
If your ID verification is still pending, it’s important to first check for any notifications or messages from the platform. We may have sent you an email or alert requesting additional documents, information, or clarifications. Sometimes, verification issues arise if there are discrepancies or missing details, so keep an eye out for these communications.
Additionally, make sure that the documents you’ve submitted are clear, legible, and meet the platform's specific requirements. Verify that the ID is not expired and that both the front and back of the ID are visible, if necessary.
