Before and after the public event, we also had a few private events for local Youtubers and influencers. Here is the live stream from the Amico After Dark weekly show on YouTube where 10 people and their friends & family played Amico for hours and hours over the course of 2 days. And as much as they were hoping it would be great... their expectations were more than exceeded and they were absolutely blown away! While on our Crayola trip, we set up an Amico for families at a local restaurant in PA. Here is how a group of kids reacted when playing Amico for the first time. We see this same reaction over and over. I can't wait for everyone to get their chance to play as well!

MORE EXCITING NEWS TO REPORT!
Our first 50,000 run of physical products for our games has been completed, manufactured and shipped to our warehouse! Here is a first look at our packaging. Proudly created in the United States and manufactured across Europe. We'll be sharing a lot more details as to how our physical products work (and what surprises are inside!) closer to launch.

As part of our stretch in preparing to launch, we've already received 14 ratings approvals for North America (ESRB), Germany (USK) and Europe (PEGI). That's 42 approvals in total (don't forget your towel!) The 14 games include all of our pack-in games and initial physical products! As far back as December of last year for the 6 pack-in games, last month for our physical products and another new batch of games going through soon!

So excited and proud to announce that Amico made it as a finalist in the prestigious Octane High Tech Awards for BEST CONSUMER TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION!! Intellivision Pre-Order Update

The team at Intellivision has been working tirelessly to bring Amico – our family-focused entertainment system – to eager households around the world. We’ve grown to a strong and stable company of more than 60 passionate team members spanning three continents, representing some of the industry’s best talent.  All of us are extremely excited to share Amico with you.

We originally planned to launch Amico in the Fall of 2020 but had to adapt during the midst of the global pandemic disrupting our production. Despite our best efforts, and now facing new unprecedented international component supply and logistics challenges beyond our control, we want to apologize as we are forced to push our desired launch date yet again.

In spite of these supply hurdles hampering our ability to fill all orders, we are focused and determined to deliver pre-ordered units by the end of the year. This will also allow us more time to optimize our operating system for future game development. We want to ensure that those who have anticipated the Amico for so long, get a chance to enjoy it as soon as possible. Of course, we will keep all of our customers and interested parties informed and updated on our continued progress.

Everyone at Intellivision wants to thank you, our dedicated fans and loyal followers for your enthusiasm and incredible unwavering support for Amico. As a special thank you to everyone who has pre-ordered an Amico, we will be sending out a very special thank you gift to you via e-mail next week.
