We are excited to announce that the Linen sharedrop on Republic is coming to an end on January 14, 2021. Participants will soon be able to receive their financial interest in the company.

What is the Republic sharedrop? We are distributing financial interest in Linen to community members who joined early and helped us by testing it out and providing valuable feedback. Over 4,300 members have participated and are now eligible to receive securities in Linen Mobile, the company that develops Linen App. If Linen does well, early community members have exposure to its success.

Action items: 

1. If you are participating in the sharedrop, please make sure to register on the Linen App and claim the sharedrop on Republic. If you have already done so, no need to do anything. 

1. The Republic team will be reaching out to you shortly with closing instructions. Please be on the lookout for their official notice. You will need to sign documents that will entitle you to receive securities in Linen. They may ask you for additional information later, if something is missing. 

As true believers in the ownership economy, we are exploring a route to engage our user base and community members by giving them the opportunity to gain additional financial interest in Linen.
