"Long Live Physical Retail" - Virgil Abloh
BOOKINGS IN NEW CITIES
Hi All, I wanted to share some news that we have been seeing an uptick in bookings as physical retail is making it's resurgence. I specifically wanted to highlight that we have been turning on new cities and as of this week have even done our first bookings in 2 new cities:
ATLANTA, GEORGIA
Down South in Atlanta, fashion designers Bstory x Virgil Abloh (CEO of Off-White & Creative Director at Louis Vuitton) booked 1409 N Highland Avenue for a pop-up around the launch of their collaborative line.

The pop-up had some famous musicians such as Lil Uzi Vert and MetroBoomin there, and was ultimately a massive success.
ROCKVILLE, MARYLAND
The second city we just opened is Rockville Maryland, where Glaminizers launch a holiday pop-up at the Pike and Rose development owned by Federal Realty one of the largest publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT). We are seeing many more larger institutional firms signing on and realizing that flexibility is the future of retail.

We are seeing a lot more activity coming back to brick and mortar retail and with the begining of the vaccine distribution the trend should continue upwards.
TECH UPDATE
Our CTO Sean has been hard at work on adding more features and making our platform and app even more seamless.
This coming week you should see a new app update in the APP and Google Play stores, featuring new booking screens, and some bug fixes.
With activity on the brick and mortar side picking up, we have been spending a lot of time focusing on improving functionality, so we are a little bit behind on Clicks. Nonetheless, we have been working through integrating the html and code and have been testing some of those pages.
In addition, we are very excited about our new Ai feature that we have been working on, called Poppy (still considering other names). Essentially Poppy will use her Ai brain to find brands the best spaces that will set them up for success. The idea here is to use Ai to explore all the variables that go into finding spaces that lead to the success of the brand. Our goal is to take out the guess work and uncertainty for brands and make sure they are able to find spaces that they will succeed in.
SUPERHEROES
Also, I wanted to share this interview with Efry and myself. It gives a little insight on who we are and why we are so passionate about Popshop and helping brands and landlords. Link here.
Lastly, we wanted to solute Virgil Abloh, for his post on Instagram, "Long live physical retail!"

Stay tuned for many more exciting updates coming your way.
Best,
Nate
