News is good, the valuation of the company which is only 3M more than 4 years ago is worryingly. Why is the valuation so low?

The 2021 SAFE was at 12m cap, and 3.5 years later the cap is 15m.
Doesn't sound too great.
And I don't remember you sharing any meaningful financials during these years, or, at least, the last 2 years.
What makes you think that you're re-investable?
