Hello Republic Investors and Followers - 

It's been awhile and I wanted to take the time for a long overdue update!  I recently published a blog post on our Medium page called SoMee Version 5: A New Era of AI-Driven Social Media that you can click to read.  Long story short, we have been working diligently on all things SoMee and just released the nicest version yet, called Version 5.  

Our DAO had voted for us to release it without the blockchain connected, which we intend to have connected again very soon. It's a lot of work and micro-services to include on a social application like this, so will take some time.  We had taken a solution to the core blockchain partner that would allow people to generate a wallet and private key on SoMee with ONLY an email address, which was our solution to reduce friction for anyone who doesn't really know blockchain. FYI- It does this by splitting the private key into the cloud in 3 parts automatically at sign up, then allows anyone to call the private key with a two-factor interaction on their phone (like text message or google 2FA, etc.) to call the private key for any transactions.  This would have been the best solution for us so that  "normies" as they call them in blockchain (those not use to dealing with wallets/private keys, etc.) could just register with an email, yet still have all the benefits of a non custodial wallet automatically.  This was the best case scenario for us to reduce friction at sign up but the blockchain partner did not want to do that because this is a main revenue source for them.  

We have several options before us that I won't go into now, but since we are blockchain agnostic we have a lot of flexibility in the number of solutions we can provide, which we go into some detail in the Medium post. 

Aside from that, we are excited to announce that we built something pretty special in the AI world that is getting a lot of attention and potential "gamechanger"!!  Basically, I told the team we should build into AI and by accident we created an AI system that is now getting traction in real estate, insurance, retail, healthcare and e-learning verticals to name a few. The good news for Republic investors is that ALL the value from this AI system is building into the main entity for all of you investors who came in through our Republic campaign.  

What we started with was a build out of templated AI prompting (like Jasper), which also included the first version of our AI chatbots that you could interact with through two-way text interaction AND if you have a SoMee.Social account would allow you to automatically log in with. Then we began cloning influencers that have millions of followers on social media, but one AI model that we created became exceptional in natural conversation, so we ended up integrating several of these into Telegram which was the next version that you could interact with via two-way voice. It quickly became apparent that the conversational AI could perform at a level for sales and support, so we're currently in process of scaling this solution for the real estate and insurance industries as the AI is sophisticated enough to handle outbound sales.  I know, crazy right!!! (click that link to hear it in action).  We have also been working with our law firm, DWT to file a patent for healthcare industry for a solution that I created, so definitely alot happening.  

Due to all of the "craziness" (crazy good) with the AI system scaling, we are doing one more bridge round, which will help us complete the build out of these AI solutions as we prepare to scale in several key verticals, along with completing the blockchain & AI integrations into SoMee.Social platform.  However, this will be on the Raze platform for accredited investors only. This will then position us very well for the official institutional round that will soon follow, which will allow Republic investors to convert onto the cap table at that time according to the SAFE terms.  

As usual, we are extremely optimistic about the future of SoMee Social and now SoMee AI and excited to share these updates with all of you, our valued investors.   If any of you want to talk to our AI there are several different models to conversate with, and will share a link to the channel on Telegram.  We originally were going to call it Chatsprinkle, which is what you will see there, but then said let's just stick with SoMee AI ;)
