<h3><strong>First Two Term Sheets Signed for Seed Round</strong></h3><p>Two Venture Capitalist have signed on for our Seed Round. This is for our $3 Million raise at $18 Million. While this round hasn't kicked off, we expect to conduct it in the fall.<br><br>If you have connections in Corporate Venture arms at Blockchain related companies, please make introductions. The goal is $1M Lead Investor, $1M in Follow On Investors, and $1M in Corporate Strategic Investment.<br><br>If you are interested in investing in this round at a small check size, please reach out to me, I'll connect you to one of the syndicates participating in the follow on pool.</p><h3><strong>Soonami Ventures, Digital Asset Wallet</strong></h3><p>We were accepted into Soonami Ventures Cohort 7 after the Venturethon trial. We are actively preparing with them for their September Demo Day. <br><br>We participated in Soonami's early stage program to develop a proof of concept for Digital Asset Wallet, the tool for wealth managers and financial advisors. We are proud to say we build a proof of concept during the Venturethon, and just submitted it to Salesforce Security Review on Monday. We have gotten preliminary approval for release, so pending security review and legal agreements, we have a tool for financial firms.<br><br>Our marketing for this program gets serious on Monday.</p><h3><strong>Bridge Liquidation Wallets Live - Blockchain Payments v3 is Live</strong></h3><p>We release v3.0 of Blockchain Payments this week as well. We consider this our true "MVP/v1" release, because liquidation wallets allow you to accept crypto as a "Merchant Account." We plan to release 3.1 later this month with Vendor liquidation wallets, and 3.2 next month with the Circle based wallet.<br><br>This is exciting because we have several major use cases for firms running Salesforce. With passage of the GENIUS Act (passed the Senate, awaiting the house), the legal framework is coming. With On-Ramps and Off-Ramps, we have the tools businesses need.</p><h3><strong>Project Catalyst Milestone 3 Completed, Milestone 4 Pending</strong></h3><p>We submitted Milestone 3 to Project Catalyst for our Ada Wallet. We are moving to completion, as Milestones 4/5 focus on security review and product launch. We are very excited to be completing this grant. We are working on our proposal for a follow-on grant, based upon our nearly accepted second grant proposal last round.</p><h3><strong>Experience Cloud and Lighting Web Components</strong></h3><p>We are getting a lot of interest from Blockchain Foundations and Grants about using Salesforce to better track their process. Most are using Salesforce internal for it, but payments run in some horrible vendor portal. We are working with two big name companies to potentially fix their portals, utilizing Blockchain Payments v3.1 or v3.2 to manage all their grantees.<br><br>Keep you fingers crossed that everyone goes well and look for announcements in August or September.</p><h3><strong>Conclusion</strong></h3><p>It's been a great but challenging year with the fundraise and product launches. Hi Alex, as a new investor, how can I receive my shares? I dont know when and how to claim it. Is there an email and instructions that have already been sent? Sorry for the newbie questions. Thanks

@argel-magat-1 It's managed via Republic and the "Crowd SAFE." Distribution of shares occurs at a "conversion event." Republic handles that side of it, as per SEC guidelines.

@argel-magat-1 I'm not a lawyer, this is not legal advise, consult the lawyer or Republic for details. But the general process: You invest via Republic, and are issued a "Crowd Safe." Republic manages that as a singular promise to issue common stock equity at a converstion event. When that conversion event occurs, you receive your common stock. Until that time, you have a Crowd Safe issued via Republic, which represents "future equity" at the "conversion cap" of the round. I apologize if this is confusing, it's hard to explain in a box. Your Republic Account should show your Crowd SAFE.

1 - Perks, please accept my apologies for the delay on this. We thought we'd have shipped out a few weeks ago. With everything happening in the industry it's been a lot of heads dow and keep shipping. We will have an update soon, I promise.

3 - Right now the updates are going on an Investor Newsletter for the direct investors and then being copied over here. We're planning an investor website as part of the next raise that we'll get everyone in.

4 - We'll do right by everyone with the Republic specific stuff, but grabbing this market opportunity is the top priority. As shareholders, I hope you appreciate why that's the most important thing for shareholder value.
