<p>Dear AKUA Investors & Followers, </p><p>We have so many exciting events on the horizon! First off, today we broke $500,000 in investments from over 1,500 investors - WOW!!!! Super exciting. Starting April 1st, we are hiring an awesome PR firm to help us prepare for our epic May launch of the Kelp Burger. Behind the scenes: we are making really great progress with our food science team to increase the "firm factor" or "tensile strength" of our patties without using scary binding agents (getting ready for Summer BBQs!) and one of the largest seafood manufacturers in the world is almost as excited as we are about making our Kelp Burgers at scale. As soon as the recipe is complete, we will be able to send off the patties for final nutritional testing, and order our packaging to pack up our Kelp Burgers and send them off to retail stores. Absolutely - it won't be on our first phase of packaging as we don't get the results from our Lifecycle Analysis we're conducting in partnership with the University of Oregon until May/June

I like the package and looking forward to the final product. What is the sodium content in mg or % ? and how does the sodium compare to other burgers ? Also, taste, texture are going to be very important. I know that "beyond meat" does not taste like a burger and the texture is just not right when trying to make a patty so I no longer buy this product. These things may seem meaningless but they do factor end as to whether I want to continue to buy a product that calls itself a burger. Just some thoughts to think about.

Congrats, that's some exciting news!

The packaging is looking great too. Personally, I would put a hair more spacing between "The Kelp Burger" and the tiny "Made with..." text to give the name some breathing room. The space between the logo and the burger photo looks a bit awkward, but it's hard to say without seeing it assembled into box form. Keep it up!

Fantastic news! Congratulations. I used my first pack of kelp patties to make some tamales. The patties worked well when mix with taco seasoning.

As for the packaging, looks great. My only suggestion would be to make " made with ocean farmed kelp, mushrooms, and superfoods " in the same color as the light blue kelp that is featured on the top portion of the same panel above the burger. I feel the text would pop out a little bit more in contrast, while still keeping it muted in comparison to the surrounding graphics.
