A few select concepts from our upcoming packaging design work!

Just a note that the photos are just place holders! They are not of the actual Kelp Burgers. 😃

I like the middle image. Makes me think how delicious it would taste. Do not like the one on right.

Hmmm. I've got a lot of thoughts on this but I'll be brief as I can. My pref is #3, though I see #2 has the most favorable ratings. But if you're selling a vegan product, showing it dripping in cheese seems contradictory....yes I know these pics are placeholders. Just sayin'.
The larger issue for me is the emphasis on KELP, which is probably a hard sell--harder than just "vegan" these days. Perhaps you should 'name' the burger just as you named the Company, and make the kelp info just part of the less-prominent copy.
Akua Burgers? Or a new word of some kind? Or--
Totally vegan SEA BURGERS. Or OCEAN BURGERS, Totally Vegan Totally Nutritious Totally Delicious.
You get my drift.
If you'd like a dozen more suggestions with diff approaches, LMK. Also, since no one likes to be bombarded with input, I can just be quiet! : )

Unsolicited feedback :)

Left: The font of the small text isn't as legible as the other concepts. Also I think the font is a bit too gimmicky, as opposed to the AKUA logo font which has character without being gimmicky.

Middle: I love the font here, but maybe just a tad less fun than the one on the right. "Plant-based" probably doesn't need to be as large as "Kelp burgers", but that's my assumption. The white text on that light blue has poor legibility for people with less than perfect eyesight.

Right: I love the background kelp pattern. The font seems to be a good balance between the left and middle ones. I like that the text is digestible in bold, grouped nuggets. "Zero-added" probably doesn't need the hyphen? Also missing a "d".

Prefer the middle image... showing an actual burger. However, please make sure the final image is actually appetizing :-)

Okay, the middle design brings out the gluttony in me but the single pattie is the more practical and marketable choice.

2 too. My boys and I were walking through Mall of America and beyond burger had an event going on marketing their burger, by handing out t-shirts and samples of the burgers. My boys are NOT warm on the idea of anti-meat, but they were still willing to try the samples and found they actually liked it. Covid put the BIG STOP on handing out samples, but many of us have probably seen the sales for a product being sampled in Costco.

Speaking for myself, and friends I have shopped with, without seeing what a completed burger could look like, many shoppers will turn away. Basically, if you are unable to make the burger look delicious, then the fall back concern is because it isn't. It is probably like the basic bland tasteless patties I have tried in the past. Also, the thought runs through your mind that if the seller couldn't find a way to show how good this burger is so, I'm going pass!
I am convinced you are on your way to making AKUA big. I believe! :)
