Problem
Companies are bad at hiring remotely, and even worse at hiring Diverse talent
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging are top priorities; but HR leaders don’t have the proper tools to hire and retain diverse talent, and struggle with aligning remote workers and fair pay.
Lack of real-time visibility into the labor market means job seekers also suffer. Businesses are starting to say the right things, but there's no data-driven technology to help them take action.
Fantasy Team owners spend 6.9 hours per week researching teams but HR leaders spend even less time looking for labor market insights. Imagine how much better hiring would be if HR leaders had a tool like Draft Kings!
Solution
Use real-time data about competition, salaries, and hiring Diverse talent
Claro helps organizations make strategic decisions about talent, and improve their Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. Our real-time labor market intelligence platform is a leading source of insights to help HR leaders and their organizations succeed.

$17.6B SAM in Business Intelligence and HR analytics across industries
Globally, HR technology represents a $148B opportunity. Claro has a $17.6B addressable market, a $2B serviceable opportunity, and big upside due to the forecasted 35% YoY market growth.
Claro is the most formidable entrant into HR analytics, garnering significant attention from the likes of IDC and Red Thread Research. Claro was featured in Analytics Insights magazine citing, "Claro is like a reinvented Google for workforce-related information. It combines talent search, workforce analytics, and data visualization into one unique user experience."
Competition
Claro is outperforming and winning marketshare
We provide global labor market insights and we're in control of our destiny because we have data autonomy. We don't buy data and don't rely on third-party data providers like the Bureau of Labor Statistics. This gives us a huge competitive advantage!
Claro has unique features like Job Seeking Sonar™, anonymized Gender & Ethnicity demographics, and the potential to combine talent availability with demand to provide holistic views of the labor market. Claro has a modern user interface and is easy to use. Analytics Insight Magazine named Claro to their 2019 list of most innovative HR Analytics solution providers.
Vision and strategy
Removing friction from hiring and retaining Diverse talent
Claro’s mission is to organize all the world’s information about people and jobs, and to make it easily accessible so that companies can make more strategic decisions about talent.
Our vision is to make Claro a destination for insights about the labor market, like DraftKings is for Fantasy sports. We have exciting plans to invest in marketing and sales, launch a new user experience and expand into new verticals.
Funding
Raising new funding to invest into marketing and sales
Claro has already raised more than $5M from prominent firms like Falmouth Ventures and Klein Hill Partners, Recruitment industry veteran and CEO of Cielo Sue Marks, and Jim Feuille who backed companies like Pandora, Ancestry, Coupa and Chime.
Our 3x growth during the pandemic validates product market fit, so we are now ready to scale. An average HR Tech valuation multiple of 5x forward revenue already values Claro at $50M, which makes Claro a great investment opportunity now!
Founders
Michael Beygelman, Claro Founder and CEO
I'm an immigrant who moved to the U.S. at the age of 10. Knowing firsthand how hard it is to break into the workforce, I've been on a lifelong mission to remove friction from the hiring process and to help connect people with meaningful jobs.
I'm passionate about crushing the racial and gender divide that has plagued the workforce for generations. I founded Claro to help HR professionals remove bias from hiring by relying on data to make decisions. Prior to Claro, I built a Recruitment Process Outsourcing business at the Adecco Group.
Your investment will help Claro expand marketing and sales to accelerate our growth, and to create lasting shareholder value.
