Because of the excess demand for our Reg CF offering, we have decided to open a Reg D, 506(c) offering, facilitated by Republic affiliate OpenDeal Broker LLC, that is available to accredited investors. Hi Rick, I received a phone call from someone from the Phili[pines and the gentleman explained that the original letter from my accountant was missing information required and sent me an email saying here are the exact steps needed for your accountant to fill in questions required and my accountant sent me the letter today and I have forwarded my accounts emailed letter and emailed it to investors@republic.co in regards to being an accredited investor. Please confirm if you have received, it was for me to invest in Hydro Hash

Can I still invest in the Reg D, 506c offering as an individual investor who isn’t accredited?

@ferne-byer Unfortunately you can't, Ferne. The issuer can only sell to accredited investors under 506(c) and must to take reasonable steps to ensure that you're accredited.

I just got this message from Republic...what's going on?

I asked how to move from CF waitlist to Reg D 7 days ago. After several emails with Republic, I still don't know how to do it. Others have asked the same question. Why doesn't someone explain simply how to do it for the benefit of all accredited investors?

Hi Rick I have uploaded a letter from my accountant approving me as an accredited investor and as well provided statements. I am ready to transfer the money and it keeps asking the same questions as if I have never provided any information. @andree-maranda I am not heavy tech savy and I don't recall what I clicked to trigger it, but on Republic's website I found something about the accredited investor status which I clicked and that triggered financial questions about income and net worth. I plugged in the answers and the Republic software "determined" based on my answers that I qualified and was therefore an "accredited investor". I encourage you to find that place. Just read around on their website. It can't be hard if I was able to do it!

I’m fairly new to investing. I’m trying to understand what is required to be an accredited investor or rather a verified accredited investor. My gross income meets the requirements. Is this all that is required and all I have to do is click the box that’s says I’m an accredited investor, What do I need to do to verify? Is there something more official than just me declaring my income? Thanks!

@adam-clarke-1 I just filled out the form that pops up on Republic. Just play with the website as I did and you should find it. It wasn't hard. Republic determines based on your answers if you are a verified accredited investor.

I was accredited and have had a net worth in excess of a million dollars ever since. I would guess that I am still accredited. I would be glad to open up space in the Reg CF for you. Would you explain the process to make the conversion and the advantage?

@emily-bruins How do you cancel the Reg CF investment if you participate in the Reg D investment? Part of the reason for doing this was to free up additional room in the CF for waitlisted non accredited investors by moving accredited investors out of the CF into the D. I don't want to increase my investment by doing both. I just want to move my investment from the CF to the D so waitlisted people for the CF can get in the deal. What are the mechanics?

@emily-bruins, I second @bernard-darre question about how to transfer. Do we need to cancel the RegCF and then sign up in the Reg D? How is the money handled? Trying to figure out an easy way to transfer from one to the other without causing issues. Happy to help our business investment open up more funding opportunity here, but need more instruction. Thank you.
