September Update 2022

Greetings,

This is Phil Adam, CEO of Intellivision. I had planned to respond sooner with the company status, but the team has been working through some production pipeline bugs that have delayed this update. As I've stated previously, updates from myself will be made when material facts are available and relevant. That being said, here are a few updates.

  1. One of the primary goals for the small pilot run was to uncover any issues in the production pipeline before starting a larger production run. Fortunately, we did catch one significant problem. Diagnosing this issue and implementing a solution was a significant effort and caused a delay. The symptoms pointed to a bug in the controller firmware, but that was not the case.  The problem was an order-of-operations issue when provisioning the console on the production line with its unique identifiers and security keys. The error manifested on the next reboot in a way that looked like a controller bug.  With that resolved, the path is clear to finish the pilot run in the next few weeks.

  1. We signed a licensing deal with BBG Entertainment GmbH, the details of which will be announced later. Here is a quote from Stephan Berendsen, Managing Director:

"We are very pleased to have licensed four Amico games and the original game versions from Intellivision. For the past three years we have been working with Intellivision on the development of our games DYNABLASTER and BRAINDUEL for Amico. We are excited about Amico and hope that customers will be as well. We are looking forward to offering the four licensed Amico games and original Intellivision versions on other platforms soon.”

  1. We have another partnership deal that will ensure that 2 of our most anticipated IPs will be available across multiple platforms as well as Amico. The details of that relationship will be announced at a later time. The target for these IPs is simultaneously (or later) with the Amico release.

Given that we will have a limited number of Amico units initially, these partnerships will get the games into more hands who have been waiting to play while helping get the word out to a larger audience. As stated above, we are doing everything we can to make sure that we have a stable system before starting production. That is a key milestone in moving forward.

I would like to thank you again for your support, and thank you to our internal team and external developers that work tirelessly to create a family gaming experience on Amico that brings people of different ages and skills together in group play.

Phil Adam, CEO

I received an e-mail with the news that the games our investment funded are now being released by a new "sister" company these same people have set up, Happy Home Games, on other computers and consoles like Nintendo. Why has this been done through a new company? Is it to avoid paying us investors? Will we be receiving our 25% of gross on these games? This is incredibly shady behavior and we need an explanation. Has anyone else received a single cent from all the games they've been selling on Amico Home or elsewhere? I sure haven't!

Just leaving a message here since it's the only place where the comments are open, even though it's been 29 months since anyone has been allowed to leave feedback. So is this console project dead, or what? Did everyone who paid in lose their entire investment? Did Phil Adam and friends just light $11.5 million on fire? All I've seen is some chatter about a secret Discord group for a weird mobile app implementation where you have to use 2 phones to play 1 game. Is that really true??

Hi Phil Adam-I made a $1000 investment into Intellivision Amico back in 2021. I have been wondering if there will be any returns in my investment. Can you give me information about those who have invested into this company?

I just saw the news that you recently sold the name/brand/IP of Intellivision and can no longer use it on your consoles. You even need to change the name of the company! That seriously impacts the potential of this investment, since it was predicated on the history of Intellivision ("The original Intellivision console has a proud and long history with sales spanning three decades (1979-1990). The Intellivision brand was a pioneer in the video game industry, a trend we intend to continue with Amico.") yet you felt no need to update any investors here?

Hi Phil!

I would just like to ask if there is an email list or anything to get updates or if this is the sole form of communication with your investors? I hope to hear from you all soon!

Why did you disable comments on your latest update? If the console is no longer your priority, when it was the sole reason for investment in this offering, how will investors earn the type of returns you advertised?

What exactly will you pay a revenue share on in your new business plan? For sales of all platforms the games are released for - and on the gross sale price? On the acquisition or licensing fees you receive for Amico games? When can investors expect to receive these returns? That's the information you need to be providing.

John Corrigan @hayley-samson Thankfully the comments were disabled because it is a never ending cavalcade of a-holes that troll these pages (I guess I am an anti-troller, but I also make for an uncomfortable page.). I am also curious as to how our agreement works if the Amico never comes to fruition. It would be pretty low to give us that last update if our funds are only tied to the Amico. What is really weird is that we are not even close to being anywhere close to getting a payout, yet apparently, Fig or someone, has paid to have our shares listed on ComputerShare. I don't even have my Digital Eclipse shares listed, and I am about 99% sure I am getting a payout from that in November. Like, who has the money to make US.ComputerShare.com list Fig Publishing Amico when there seems not to be a reason to?

John Corrigan @john-corrigan And within 24 hours it turns out there was a 1% chance that I'd get an email from Republic and Computershare that that payment would come in August. I think the reason my shares aren't in my portfolio is because I bought them with my Roth. For anyone curious.

So after all this time, an investor since April 2021,
I finally figured out how to get back to my investment page and found my investment. 🙏
The mobile app refuses to recognize me. 🙃

I have been involved in working two start-ups of my own. I/we have also been delayed due to technical issues, etc., but we keep going no matter what because we have made our master, we believe in our work and we know how to make it better than the best.

Pleasantly, I see your post six days ago and I am pleased to know you're all working to develop a device that is also the best of the best!

Keep up the great work!
🙏💫

Nothing beats “in theory” coming to fruition!!

Sincerely,

Luke Hughes @andy-despres Phil is now living in Sweden, and Tommy is travelling around the US and the world playing backgammon tournaments pretending this never happened. Unfortunately they've decided to move on without showing any kind of responsibility or decency to those who gave them all their money the last few years. Absolutely shameful behaviour.

Phil Adam @andy-despres We have been working on finishing the console, firmware and content. I have not moved to Europe and we have not abandoned the company or project, just limited on the number of people working on the project. I plan to come out with a more complete updated after current round of discussions and release some video showing where we stand.

Hayley Samson @phil-adam I don't understand. In the investment pitch video for this opportunity, your CEO told us, "We have the system and the hardware completed". Why are you now, 2 and a half years later, still working on finishing the console? The completed "system" would obviously include the firmware, since it can't run without it.

Also what content needed to be completed? Games? Your pitch made it sound like the games required for launch were complete. In your CEO's words, "The rocket ship has been built, we're on the launchpad, we just need the fuel" (money). What happened between then and now to make you go so far backwards? Why didn't you tell us you hadn't even completed the launch games?

Andy Despres @phil-adam Thanks, at least this is some news on fronts related to the console and company. I would really like to see some units ship this year! We really all want to know how close you are to shipping. Even if you say it is another year at least that is some notice. Looking forward to the video update! Maybe if you could address availability of parts like the snapdragon chip it might be helpful. Us people who work for chip companies know how fast this can impact a delayed product.

Hello,
I want my money back or shares sold.
Not to impressed with the quality of communication from the company and the new CEO. Phil Adam.
I never received any type of correspondence of any sort after the company took my money. Over 2 years ago.
I emailed the company and email address Phil Adam has posted numerous times to no prevail. I hope I was not involved in a fraud of any sort. Please don't say it takes time as emails have been sent over a great time period. Do I have to get government agencies involved ?
Why is hard and any investment company answer email and has correspondence capabilities.

While they never gave an official release date for Dec. 31, they didn't manage to get the pre-orders filled for the Amazon.UK website orders. I mean I know of one, and I would assume all have not been fulfilled. The website says 'temporarily out of stock'.

What do you mean 'investments still good to stand'? Our agreement with FIG still stands. The chances that this console ever gets out is still a matter of concern. If you liked your odds of success when we pumped in $11M, how do you like it now when Intellivision is in debt?

And if anyone at Intellivision ever reads this stuff. Please turn off the ability to make comments on the next update page. People tell me I should be embarrassed for my comments. Seriously though, you don't respond, and otherwise you either get trolled by non-investors, or absurd demands for refund from investors. There is no upside that I can think of.

You have good instincts. The way religion works is if you keep praying for something and you get it, that's proof that your deity is working for you. When it doesn't that's because the deity has a reason only it knows. Either way, god is doing what's best for you.

Can you pray that Luke Hughes gets smited? Regards.

Luke Hughes @john-corrigan Mr, Corrigan, you being the sole defense of Intellivision Entertainment on this page considering your conduct is an incredibly bad look for the company. I'm not sure if you're deluded enough to think that you are doing something good for the company, but I imagine Phil Adam wouldn't appreciate it. But on behalf of everyone else I would request that you please continue, we would all love to see just how low you can go.

The distinction may be small to meaningless to you but I don’t know that I ‘defend’ Intellivision. I completely agree that I respond to some of the more idiotic tactics of you and your reddit ilk. I notice that criticisms of my comments about Intellivision rarely ever dispute the reasoning behind my missives but instead my lack of tact (or dearth of contractions?).

You suggest that I should refrain from comments lest Phil Adam is put in a negative position. Yet the bulk of your comments on this page are pathetic attempts to get ‘us’ investors to fear this investment is going to fail. Is this not your perverted goal? Who is ‘everyone else’ you are speaking for? I divide us into the investors of FIG gaming shares, and interlopers from youtube and reddit who have a bug up their ass about Tallarico. On behalf of everyone here, you and the other two non-investing clowns on this page should piss off. Go back to your echo chamber of people who have a place to do just that. Much as I wanted to, I didn’t defend myself from their idiotic comments. That place is for you, this place is for me.

I don’t think my ‘conduct’ is going to affect Intellivision one way or another. Maybe the people who read my responses will see what garbage comes out from the corners of the internet (perhaps you're right and they think I am included). At any rate, I am doing them the service of exposing your (anti-Amico people) tactics.

In fact I’ve read it on reddit and heard it from Ninja Kitty that I am not self-aware. Someone pointed out that I called someone on StartEngine/Intellivision page a d0u(heb@g, and I don’t realize the irony. And yet, I wrote ‘at the risk of being censored’ before. The comment was to a legit POS. This was not nearly as ironic as those clever folks think.

Your comment was three sentences long, and each had a minimum of two logical fallacies that I either pointed out or alluded to.

Greetings. It has been noticed that on 12th December 2022, Amur Equipment Finance, Inc filed a lawsuit against Tommy Tallarico and Intellivison Entertainment for over $110,000 (the case number is: 30-2022-01296532-CU-BC-WJC and can be seen on the Unicourt website). This is for breach of contact due to unpaid fees for equipment that Intellivision rented for their offices. Could Phil Adam please explain how this will affect the company going forward? Regards.

I remember using Atari, Nintendo, Play Station and other basic gaming units growing up. I'm excited about this company and really hope it brings back that simple style of gaming for the next generation and their families. Getting back to the roots of gaming through a home TV that most people already have.

And Robert Zeilinski has posted 5 times in the last couple years, all in discussions pertaining to Intellivision. He is the guy I ripped in the original campaign for whining about stock photos being used in the pitch. He wrote that he would be staying away from the Intellivision campaign, and yet here he is still, chirping in an update, no less.

If you look at their profile using the Republic App, you will see that Robert Zeilinsi, Luke Hughes and Ashley Cooper do not even have an ‘active investor’ tab, which everyone else in this page has, with one exception. Doesn’t that mean that they haven’t even made a single investment on Republic, ever?

I would expect Ashley Cooper is a troll so I checked the discussion page and did a ‘find’ for the name ‘Cooper’. No one made a comment. Then I checked the Reviews, I was able to find someone named Jeramy Cooper who was willing to be marked as having made a $1,000 investment. Cooper is a common enough name, so who knows. In any event, he invested because he believed in sponsoring a family friendly video game that wouldn’t require setting up content filters. Nothing about a couple of rock star employees that I’ve never heard of before.

If the Amico gets the licensing rights to hard core porn video games, Ashley will have a great cause for legal action, so much action, all the action she can handle.

I hate trolls, I love irony.

Luke Hughes has posted 3 times on this thread. It is clear to me that he is a troll trying to accomplish the same type of crap that was pulled in the StartEngine campaign.

His are not innocent questions from a concerned investor. He is trying to plant negative ideas for us all. Don't fall for it.
