THIS IS IT! Final Update Before Campaign Closes. BIG INFO & NEWS!!

Hi Everyone!

We will be doing many updates after the close of the Republic investment opportunity, but with only a few days left, this will be our final update before the close of the Republic offering. This is probably to late but I setup a commitment of 2000 dollars for this investment, however it ended up being cancelled due to my passport that I ordered not arriving in time before the investment closed.

Hello! This is my first time every investing anything in this kind of platform. I made my investment, What is the next step? Should I be receiving something via Postal Mail or Email?. Any forms that needed to be filled out? Or Just make the Investment and hope things take off.. Thanks!

Hi @kevin-burke. Thank you for participating! After investment you would have received an email confirmation. Now that the campaign is closed we are finalizing all investments and once complete more correspondence will be sent. Please keep in mind for large campaigns like this one closing can take several weeks.

Hello, I’m so happy for everybody involve in the project, now, I’m kind of lost about when Amico is going public and, the steps I need to take with my broker account, can You guys guide me on this please

@ruben-jaquez Hi Ruben saw your message and as another investor I thought I would try and point you in the right direction.

Intellivision isn't going public (at least no anytime soon). The stock shares that were sold for this opportunity are not typical 'ownership' shares but 'profit' shares that pay out a certain % of revenue from Amico sales over a set length of time and then expire. These shares are not and will not be available through any traditional stock broker.

Hi Tommy! As an investor and gamer it feels great to be onboard with you and your team's vision for the Amico. I feel that the ecosystem that you are building helps bring back more personal interaction and shared wonderment that is missing in modern gaming.

I am posting because I want Intellivision to succeed with the Amico and I want to share an area of concern that is highlighted by this article:

Summary - Trans-Pacific container supply lines are facing unprecedented demand and maxed out shipping capacity.
Solutions/Workarounds - review the last section of the article for 'Advice to Importers'. Provides some shipping alternatives and workarounds that you can possibly utilize if needed.

Honestly one of the main limiting factors I see for the Amico at launch (given a successful marketing campaign) will be the supply of the console arising from shipping and production constraints (ie. semiconductor shortage).

Just want to assist in what little ways I can. Glad to be along for the ride - bumps and all! I have a feeling it will be well worth it.

Hello it’s Jennifer again from the Periwinkle Inn Hotel in Cape May, NJ... I was talking to a friend who has a child that loves gaming, etc. But She is worried because that’s all he wants to do, etc. It’s an addiction already per her. But I believe gaming is great for the spirit and the soul, and is a positive thing for sure!!! Do you, or do u already (maybe) have a setting for timed gaming? That’s a great idea if you have not already done that! Parents would love that! Maybe incorporate a task for the child to do for example... (go study and answer three correct questions on your work and your Parents can ok it to unlock it.) Because if the request comes from you all, to get back into the gaming system... then I would think it’s a done deal! Or maybe it’s an external “key” thing to restart the game??? So when Mom or Dad confirms they performed the task or took a picture of what is asked of the child to unlock the game (something outside which allows them to play and socialize, etc.) Then the parents can approve it or the child can take a photo of what is asked and then (here comes the good stuff...) then the child gets big time rewarded! If his chore or hunt for an item has been completed!!! Just a thought...

@jennifer-rose Hi Jennifer! We have received this feedback before from other concerned parents as well in our focus groups. One of the good things about Intellivision Amico is that although our games are super fun, the games aren't 5 or 6 hour at a time experiences. Most of our games are made so that they are more fun to play with others at the same time! We also don't support or have online play. Those are the three biggest reasons why modern gaming is becoming more of a solitary experience and most parents feel left out (aside from the complexity of most modern day controllers).

That being said, we've been working on something for parents almost EXACTLY what you mentioned in regards to setting time limits and goals! It won't be available at launch, but in 2022 (for the folks/parents who are interested) we are thinking about creating an app for parents where (if they wanted to) could set limits on daily gaming for their kids. But we also wanted to tie the app to positive reinforcement as well. Meaning... a parent could set goals for their child (clean room, good grade in school, complete homework, help with chores, take out garbage, rake the yard, etc.) which would then earn them more playing time on Amico. By using reward based goals it also helps to teach kids to work extra to gain something positive. Great minds think alike! :)

Congratulations Tommy on your nomination. Being honored for any prestigious award is rewarding in itself. Big thumbs up on the revenue gain and I believe that it could hit 13 by launch. Adding Mattel and the Globetrotters is a huge accomplishment and hoping your able to add more family licenses by years end. Good luck!

@elzbieta-bedard Hi Elzbieta, Absolutely!! Edutainment represents 20% of our entire game library. The biggest edutainment license over the past 50 years has been Sesame Street and Amico is the only video game home console (i.e. Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo) that currently has the Sesame Street license. We currently have 42 different Sesame Street products in our pipleline! We also have the Care Bears license and reading, math and brain teaser type games as well. Educational games are very important to us and something that we feel is greatly missing on all the other home video game platforms. There is a lot of stuff on mobile/tablets... but the issue there is that is all solo type play. Very solitary. Studies show that one of the biggest concerns of modern parents is that their children are getting too much alone screen time. The GREAT thing about our edutainment titles is that they can be played TOGETHER by multiple people (including mom & dad!). Thank you for your question and it's so great to know that other people have the same concerns and are interested in our goals as well.

Mr. Tallarico, I am glad to be a small investor your company. However, I hope you have heard about the up-and-coming company, Robot Cache, which Teeka Tiware and William Mikula reported on in their 5 Apr 21 issue of Palm Beach Venture. You might want to consider partnering with Robot Cache to digitize your games for Amico so they can be downloaded to the game console. Robot Cache is going to make the old paradigm of how we buy video games just as obsolete as how we used to buy/rent videos from Blockbuster Video. @bryan-ditol Hi Bryan! Thank you!! Yes! We believe that word of mouth is going to be our big marketing secret weapon. It's what helped to fuel the incredible sales of the Nintendo Wii 15 years ago when they sold over 102 million units becoming the 3rd biggest selling home console ever at the time. Nintendo hardly spent that much on marketing for a product that generated over $50 billion in revenue for the company! All of the focus groups we've done and for all the people who have played it... they all say the same thing. They LOVE it and they can't wait to tell all their friends about it. Very good sign for us! Thank-you again for helping us to spread the word!
