More than $100,000,000 in closed loans!

Announcement:

Janover Ventures, leveraging its digital media platform and proprietary technology, has closed more than $100,000,000 (yes, one hundred million dollars) in commercial loans so far this year! When accounting for the PPP (Paycheck Protection Program) loans we helped small businesses with, the number is getting very close to $150,000,000!

We're working hard to make commercial property financing easier and I am endlessly proud of the progress we've made so far opening up markets and opportunities for multifamily, commercial property, and business owners and lenders alike.

@sean-stobart the feds printing presses never sleep either. They have to keep all the spigots wide open to keep corporate and social welfare funded 🤑🤣

@dontaye-brown if you want dividends, you should invest in a REIT.. Startups are for exponential growth potential. High risk, high reward.

What is your revenue off of this 100 million dollars in loans ?

@albert-magana we currently have more than $1MM in trailing 12 month revenue :)
