MyCoachingTree is a professional networking platform that helps coaches develop professionally and connects them with employers and each other to keep the sports industry thriving.
- Employers are desperate to hire coaches. We provide a pipeline of experienced, qualified candidates that thousands of employers are already recruiting.
- Coaches want a private, coach-only community. They're tired of posting something online for their peers and getting flamed and scammed by the public as a result.
- We've done our homework. We released our MVP in Q1 of 2022 and our initial product in November of 2023. We've taken feedback from thousands of coaches and gave them what they told us they want.
More than 41k coaches have joined as members. We launched first in Texas but viral referrals have resulted in coach members in more than 32 US states, international members and endorsements from multiple professional coach associations across the country. Every coach that joined has also invited at least one other coach to the community.
There are a million coaches in the US alone and we're poised to meet our next milestone of recruiting 250k coach members and sell deeper into the college and professional sports markets.

Multiple revenue streams
We've created a subscription-based community platform for our niche with an employment focus. We also have a la carte services to help coaches and employers when they need it and opportunities for sponsorship revenue.
- Membership for all coaches is free and includes career services, job search and networking. There are more than 1M coaches in the U.S. market.
- Premium Coach Subscriptions are $49.99/yr and offer greater job search tools, enhanced networking and discounts on on-line content.
- Secondary education employer subscriptions range from $500-$1,000/yr. There are more than 50k schools in secondary education in the U.S. market.
- Post-secondary and professional employer subscriptions range from $2,000-$10,000/yr. There are more than 20k post-secondary and professional teams in the U.S. market.
- We earn an affiliate commission from our content publisher partners of 30%. We also publish some original content of which we keep 100% of the revenue.
- Sponsorship opportunities currently range in price from $4,500-$10,000/mo and will increase with increase in membership. We currently have 8 monthly opportunities in our inventory.
We're currently selling all of these revenue opportunities, and our product roadmap provides even more opportunities on the horizon. Overhead for this business is low so profitability will come quickly.

We've spent more than 3 years refining our model, testing our product and our pricing. Our team has vast experience working together in this market and our product and plan are poised to grow quickly in order to keep our first-to-market advantage.
Relationships with sport leagues and professional associations will help to encourage coach membership. Moreover, having more members increases the market for affiliate revenue and employment services and increases the value of sponsorship and data licensing opportunities.

Phillip's last venture was ACS Athletics. Founded in 1999 to provide software to high school and college athletic programs for operational management and recruiting, he scaled the company to serve hundreds of college programs and thousands of high schools. ACS was sold in 2016. Prior to ACS, Phillip founded, scaled and sold two other businesses in education.
D.W. was, for 20 years, the executive director of the Texas High School Coaches Association - the largest professional association for coaches in the world. Prior to that he was a college and high school football coach for 26 years, winning 86% of all the games he coached.
Andy founded MaxPreps in 2002 with the goal of covering "Every team, every game, and every player in High School Sports." He scaled the business to be the overwhelmingly dominant provider of high school team information and results. Andy sold the company in 2007 to CBS Interactive and worked for them to manage the business for another 13 years.
