Opportunity
Founded for and by the hunting, fishing and outdoor community
Hunters and anglers face extreme censorship on mainstream social media platforms: hunting and fishing content is taken down, accounts banned even when they depict legal and ethical hunting activities.
We are a community of 54M hunters, anglers and trappers who spend more than $144B a year, yet we are invisible on Social Media due to censorship.
OpenRange has already validated product-market alignment with 6,000+ pre-registered users, hundreds of active beta testers, and a live, scalable MVP released into both app stores.

Solution
A multi-revenue platform for the hunting, fishing and outdoor community
OpenRange Social generates revenue through a mix of:
Marketplace subscriptions and commissions
Premium Subscription fees
Brand Advertising

The app offers:
A two-sided Marketplace

Social Story telling & connection
Brands/corporate sellers pay for broader platform exposure and commercial access, while outfitters can subscribe and take advantage of the guide and outfitter booking dashboard to grow and manage their business.
OpenRange also runs special engagement programs like ambassador and referral initiatives to drive user growth and market penetration.

The platform’s guide and outfitter booking dashboard is live, enabling revenue-generating booking features.
On the horizon: Referral engine gamification, Ambassador programs, influencer monetization program and outdoor media partnerships.
The goal: 100K users and $2M ARR within 24 months.
