UPDATE TO ALL INVESTORS-2025
To all Investors:
We thank you for your patience as it has been some time since Parlor has done an update as we have been involved with redeveloping some aspects of the company. We have many updates for you as we grow as a company and to ensure the quality of the brand continues to develop.
Flavors: Parlor successfully rolled out Diet Root Beer as part of its initiative to expand its flavor base to all of our clients. The reaction was well received between current loyalists and people coming on board that drink healthy soda. This soda was more of a HEALTH conscious soda using Monkfruit and Allulose.
Pumpkin was once again a smash with our consumers and we are down to less than 100 cases this year available. We will continue our partnership with Blackcraft next year as we are renegotiating our licensing deal with their brand name and to push forward a more aggressive marketing campaign with them.
Festivals: This was our biggest year to date with Parlor. The year was immensely profitable by over 300% from last year and the Activation was the most successful at Louder than Life in Louisville Kentucky with record breaking sales that were 50% higher than anything ever recorded. 2024 was a heavy investment year testing out new markets in the Country World and other Rock Festivals expanding the brand to California and also to Oklahoma. The data capture for these markets was extremely successful which grew the E-Commerce side of the business and also allowed us to see where the brand reacted with not only different demos but locations. The brand also featured Meet and Greets with Richard Patrick of Filter and the Legendary Ice-T. We have already booked ALL 2026 festivals with DWP (Welcome to Rockville, Sonic Temple, Inkcarceration. Aftershock, Louder than Life) and will be expanding our foot print at Sonic Temple to feature both experiential and also sales in the tent along with a focus on M&G with artists to make our activation a destination and to also redo the entire activation aesthetically and also with its infrastructure.
Store Expansion and Distribution: Parlor entered a Distribution agreement with several new distributors in the Pennsylvania Market to test expansion into other areas. What we found is that BEER Distributors that latched onto the product are not on brand with our Marketing Initiative. It has been decided for 2026 that we will tackle the Ohio, New York, and Kentucky Market where we activate and push to more brick and mortars of smaller businesses and specific grocers INTERNALLY with extreme oversight.
Brick and Mortar: Parlor is in the beginning stages of opening a small Brick and Mortar through a Licensing Deal with one of the Founders as a test model for the future. While it is early stages, this will be operational in early 2026 and serve as a Musical Cultural Destination in the PA Area along with integrating a small restaurant to cater to the clientele.
Web Development: Parlor successfully integrated PARLOR POINTS into its website creating a new Rewards System for its customers. Rather than discounting the brand through coupons. we are building and rewarding LOYALTY with our consumers and allowing them to acquire items for free through the new Rewards System. Our next plan will launch in December as we develop a Subscription Model that works not only for the brand, but will also be cross pollinated with other marketing initiatives and partners (AMS, Fearless Records, DWP, Various Music Artists, and more).
Christmas: Parlor will be rolling out the Subscription Model and also a Barbershop Man Package as one of our main gifts for the Holiday Season. We are continuing to work on new Merchandise designs and are discontinuing many of the old designs.
Data: Our data continues to grow at a staggering rate. We have captured over 80,000 emails, over 10,000 phone numbers, and our socials are continuing to grow. Parlor also rolled out a SMS text service to get increase the volume of online orders and wholesale orders.
Cans: The company will be taking a leap forward and moving to cans to increase the reach of the product. We feel this is beneficial for Convenient Stores where bottles are not as welcomed. At no point are there any plans to put the product in plastic bottles.
Financial: Much like many other businesses, Parlor saw inflation and economics increase the COG all around. While we have held our prices for four years, we are discussing internally about the aspect of raising pricing on our products. The company in 2025 is on track for it's best year of strongest profitability ever. This has been attributed to aggressive marketing, strong fiscal responsibility, and ensuring a loyal customer base.
Our plans for 2026 is have another investment round. The plan for investment will include the following
- Truck Purchase
- Moving to a new location for warehousing as pallet production has increased
- Hiring of New Personnel
- Establishing a Parlor Podcast Channel
- Attending Multiple Beverage Conferences
- Development of a new Flavor
- Expand Marketing Partnerships
We thank you for your loyalty and investment to the brand. We have a big 2026 in store.
