We are already starting to see massive opportunities for commercial real estate leases. From the devastating affects of the coronavirus, landlords are looking for solid tenants like Pure Green to occupy leases from their tenants that will not be reopening. We are in talks with many landlords for additional corporate locations as well as negotiating lease for our franchisees— landlords are offering under market rents and highly favorable terms. The commercial real estate market is truly becoming a buyers market which we plan on leveraging to fuel our expansion.
