Quantic Story
We founded Quantic to revolutionize education.
We launched the first accredited, mobile-first graduate school, pioneering our interactive, flexible education model with a highly selective online MBA targeting high achievers.
With additional master's degrees in both business and tech, we have delivered exceptional educational and career outcomes to over 18,000 students and alumni worldwide.
Quantic’s Global Student and Alumni Footprint

Proven Model
Just as Tesla honed its technology with the high-performance Roadster before going mass market, we have refined our innovative learning model with high achievers before expanding to the much larger undergraduate segment.

- 18,000+ highly accomplished alumni in 100+ countries
- Satisfaction and outcomes on par with Wharton and Insead
- Top 3 student employers: Amazon, Microsoft, and Google

Competitive Advantage
Uniquely positioned to lead higher education into the AI future
Incumbents are stuck, unable to shift from their high cost, passive learning model, despite the promise of AI.
We are extending our regulatory position by securing federal funding access within a multi-school model, while leaning into generative and agentic AI to enable a zero cost undergraduate education to millions of low-income US students.

Our regulatory strategy and AI-first approach set us up to:
Provide subsidies that cover entire degree tuition cost
Serve students at fraction of incumbent cost with Agentic AI
Enhance learning efficacy and outcomes with AI tutoring
Augment job readiness by teaching core AI skills effectively
Expand degree breadth using AI for faster course creation
The powerful combination of regulatory and AI innovation positions us for transformative higher education success.
Market Opportunity
With our proven model and competitive advantage, we're accelerating into a vast market.
US higher education tuition receipts amount to over $250B annually with about 10% on distance learning alternatives. The vast majority of the online market is devoted to undergraduate studies in federally funded programs. With its focus on graduate education, Quantic has historically operated in a very small part of the higher education economy.
To address the larger opportunity, we’re expanding to 3 schools, maintaining clear brand differentiation across segments while unlocking far greater scale and impact.
Wyden allows us to target the online bachelor's segment, representing a 10x TAM expansion.

Building on our proven track record, we are moving into the undergraduate market with industry-leading quality. By leveraging US Pell Grants and our lean operating model, we will also take a cost leadership position as the first institution to bridge the accessibility gap — offering accredited bachelor’s degrees at zero cost to millions of learners:
- Federal subsidies are expected to cover full tuition cost
- Lower cost of service than incumbent universities
- Superior learning, graduation rates, and career outcomes
Expansion Roadmap
Your funding accelerates degree development and the launch schedule within our multi-school regulatory and brand strategy.

With competitors locked into their outdated models, we are positioning to take significant market share by delivering the highest quality online learning at radically lower tuition cost.
Financial Projections
We expect to increase student enrollments with added operating efficiency.
As we roll out new degrees to address the undergraduate and master's segments, we are projecting 50,000 enrolled students by 2029, with potential for far greater market share.

*Assumes average annual student tuition of just $5,000 in 2029. Projections are based on internal assumptions and may differ materially from future performance. See offering documents for more details.
