We did it!  Our campaign on Republic has sold out and $1,070,000 was raised from over 3500 investors!  Ternio is now in a very exclusive club of companies on Republic that hit the maximum allowable raise under Reg-CF rules.  Everyone at Ternio is very excited and we could not have done it without everyone's support and belief in us.  Here is a quick video message from Daniel and I!

The investor demand for Ternio has been significant and we received countless messages from those who wanted to invest, but couldn't get in once we sold out.  Congratulations to everyone who was able to secure their spot.  For those that haven't yet - I did hear that some early investors on the waitlist were able to invest, but many others have not received word yet.   We are in the final hours of closing our campaign so everyone should get the final word in the coming days. 

Investor Perks

Many of our investors have received perks based on their investment.   Our process for these perks will start approximately 30 days after the campaign close.  This is a manual process for us, so we need to first ensure the contributions are closed and then get everyone's appropriate contact information for delivery. 

Investor Portal

I am in the process of setting up an investor portal that should be ready in approximately 30 days.  This will allow Ternio Investors to login and get all of the necessary details surrounding their investment.   It will also act as a communication platform for us to keep investors up to date on new products, developments, partnerships, and more.   We will continue to use Republic as well to keep our Followers up to speed.  Just because you may have missed this round doesn't mean their won't potentially be opportunities in the future. 

New Ternio Website

We overhauled the Ternio website and I have to say..... it looks awesome! 😎   It does a great job highlighting all of our capabilities like debit cards, bank accounts that support cryptocurrency, as well as our high speed blockchain framework.  Feel free to browse when you have the time!

We also released the Crypto Bank Account page on the BlockCard website.   We are gradually opening up these bank accounts to US consumers and initial feedback has been great.   It's important to us that everyone has a positive user experience, so the gradual roll out has been helpful in pinpointing any problematic areas and creating a fluid user experience.   This is a feature our entire team has been very exited about!

Technori Interview

You may recall a few months ago I was invited on the Technori radio show (out of Chicago) to give a pitch.  Scott and team invited me back to provide an update on Ternio and pitch again.   When we recorded the video interview, Ternio had raised about $750,000.  By the time the video was released a week or so later we had already raised the remaining $250,000 and sold out!  You can checkout the full video here: https://youtu.be/mfBeEJ_WRsI

New Hires

I'm happy to share that we have also expanded our team and brought on new people to help around customer service, marketing, and engineering.   We are being mindful of how we hire and don't want to expand outside of our means, but our month-over-month grow is increasing and between growing revenues and the new investor capital, we will easily be able to support the new members of the Ternio family! 🙂

Ternio Store

Another company in the blockchain space approached us to build a Ternio store!   If you're looking for some Ternio swag (shirts, hats, mugs, etc.) then I recommend you check it out.   We don't make any money off it, but we also didn't pay anything for it.  We're always happy to partner with strong companies in the blockchain space who are pushing real crypto adoption and this is a great option for Ternio supporters.
