Real estate investing is full of pitfalls making it very easy to lose money with the hidden costs, lack of transparency and limited tools/platforms available. Most of the time, first-time home owners go in blind and usually walk away with minimal (if any) returns to speak of. I also like the eco initiative to encourage home owners to think sustainably.

The world is moving to the cities which are only going to become more congested than they already are. Having owned a car while living in the city I identify with the problem - most of the time owning a car is expensive and inconvenient adding unnecessary stress to ones life.

Developing sustainable energy sources should and will form a key part of the future. I like that Manta is developing an alternative to fossil fuel which will be key for filling in the gaps where solar and wind fall short. I also appreciate that this solution uses agricultural methods which promises to benefit farm owners as well as be more sustainable than fully industrialised methods.
