Adding Two Industry Stars to AlphaFlow's Management Team!
We are excited to share that two of the best executives in our industry are joining AlphaFlow's management team!
Todd Billings will lead TITAN by AlphaFlow, which opens up our institutional platform to family offices, registered investment advisors, and high net worth individuals. He has a phenomenal background in wealth management and we are excited about his leadership in building TITAN into a massive business unit.
Chase Scott will lead AlphaFlow's extensive loan servicing business, in which we manage all of the loans purchased by our institutional and TITAN clients. Chase has an incredible reputation with institutional investors around Wall Street and built his skill set and reputation at LendingHome, one of the largest bridge lenders in the country, while leading servicing and asset management.
We are incredibly excited to have Todd and Chase joining our management team and are confident they will be key in AlphaFlow's massive growth over the next year.

Todd Billings: As VP & President of TITAN, Todd is responsible for setting the strategic vision behind TITAN, AlphaFlow’s offering to family offices, RIAs, and high net worth individuals. Prior to joining AlphaFlow, Todd was the CEO & President of USDV Capital, where he managed 8 investment vehicles that invested in over $1BB of mortgages. Before that, Todd was CEO of Veriloquent Wealth Advisors, a Multi-Family Office. Todd attended Johns Hopkins University and later earned an economics degree from Stanford University.

Chase Scott: As VP of Loan Servicing, Chase is responsible for all loan servicing and asset management operations at AlphaFlow. He is an experienced leader in mortgage default servicing, portfolio management, and performance servicing operations. Prior to joining AlphaFlow, Chase led all servicing and asset management activities at LendingHome, one of the country's largest bridge lenders. He also has leadership experience at Conventus and Nationstar Mortgage. Chase graduated from Texas State University.
