Campaign extended:

We recently hit our goal of $250K on the campaign! Due to overwhelming support and a growing waitlist, we decided to increase our offering to allow more people to invest in Clocr! We are so happy and grateful  that we have gotten this much interest and for everyone that has invested in the campaign thus far. Since we increased our offering, we are required to let you know that investors must reconfirm their investment.

If you are an investor in the Clocr campaign, you should have received an email from Republic asking for you to confirm your investment. Please note that clicking the link in the email or clicking on the link in the Republic banner and clicking on the “confirm investment” button is the only accepted form of reconfirmation. 

If you have already confirmed, thank you! If you did not receive an email, do not see a banner on the top of your screen asking you to confirm your investment and do not see a button that says "confirm investment" then don’t worry, you do not need to reconfirm.

Company Updates:

Here are some important updates from the Clocr team:

• We were recently accepted into Capital Factory Ventures as a portfolio company. Capital Factory is the most active, early-stage investor in Texas. 
• Clocr 3.4 will be released in a few weeks, which includes many exciting features
• Clocr Enterprise for Financial Advisors, Estate Lawyers, and Senior Care professionals is pilot mode. We have about 10 advisors using the system and providing the feedback. 
• Clocr Consumer is now equipped with more important features such as configurable personal vault for emergencies. 
• Clocr.com got a facelift with a new landing page and business pages. We will continue to fine-tune our messaging that reflects our core value proposition. 
• We built a "Crisis Preparedness Calculator".  Check your score at this link. We are offering a free guide for visitors, and we are integrating this with Clocr in the upcoming releases.
• We continue to hire more development and sales staff.

To recap,  existing investors must reconfirm their commitment before June 24th 2021 (just a few days away), so we urge you to reconfirm your commitment to secure your investment as soon as possible.
