To All of Our Investors,

This has been an amazing journey!  We ended up raising $1,085,513!  This exceeded our expectations to break $1M in our campaign!  Beyond words how grateful we are with over 2,050 investors who believe in our company and product.  We are more inspired than ever to grow our company leaps and bounds and expand nationally.

Now that the campaign has closed, we wanted to hop in and share a few quick updates on what's coming next.

What's next?

Over the next several weeks, the Republic team will be working to finalize our campaign. They've let us know that sometimes there are issues with investors' payment methods, so please do keep your eyes out for an email from investors@republic.co in case there is an action item for you!

Once all of that has been wrapped up, we will be signing, and Republic will be sending your securities. From there, we will be getting an investor list with all of your info so that we can fulfill your perks.   Due to the closing process, the perks may take up to 4-6 weeks to ship.  We will notify you via email once the perks have shipped to you
