Hey Alex, are you sending updates to email? If so, I am not getting them.

Excuse me Mr. BAYER...I finally got my perk package, thank you for that. HOWEVER, when I received my bix and opened it, my box began leaking. When I opened up the tempered box to see what my 6 pack contents were, one of my bottles has been compromised on integrity. After careful assessing of the other bottles, the other do not look like they were breached, but one of my Mocha smoothie bottles "exploded" during the shipping to me. With this being the case, what can be done to alleviate my latent issue of the sending of my perk pack? I am down one of my bottles of smoothie, and will not drink something "already unsealed, or opened". I await your speedy response.
