What an amazing read! As a father of two daughters as well I am so drawn to Ryan's story and share many of the same values, hopes and dreams. I am grateful to have read this in depth interview, as it has served as a validation of my own struggles in life to stand by what I believe is right. Ever since Max Steineke discovered the largest reserve of crude oil in the world (Saudi Arabia) in 1938, the oil industry has grown deep, powerful roots into our global socioeconomic, political fabrics worldwide. While I'm only a small investor, I feel apart of this important, monumental point in time; investing in THE change, while great leaders like Ryan and his valuable team members ARE the change. Thank you!
