Republic Note Offering: Live Now
In case you missed it—there's a live Republic Note offering happening now.
Over the last few years, we’ve been working with regulators to bring the Republic Note to life. While we continue to pursue a larger offering under Reg A+, we couldn’t wait to get the Republic Note into the hands (and wallets) of our community sooner, which is why we’ve launched new offerings for the Republic Note. (Under Reg CF + Reg D, 506(c))
You can participate in the current live offering today. The economic fundamentals of the Republic note are the same and we’ve added a few more benefits to mirror Republic’s growth and thank our community.

What’s new and exciting?
A lot of new portfolio companies. Since 2020, the two major portfolios that feed the Republic Note’s dividend distribution pool (Republic Capital and Republic US Funding portal) have added hundreds of new companies to their portfolios. The number almost tripled, a 283% increase.
Community benefits that include Republic Note holders can have a say in. Think things like: events, note holder meetings with Republic’s executive team, early access to products, potential discounts on investor fees, and a ton more. See even more detail on the new campaign page.
Republic’s ecosystem. As a company, we’ve grown massively. We raised two rounds of funding and have continued to add support from top names in venture capital. Republic’s network is stronger and wider than any of our competitors, and we’re well prepared to weather market volatility thanks to the variety of industries represented in our community, our portfolio, and our global presence, from the US to Europe to Asia.
Custody and storage. From regulatory concerns to security requirements, digital securities require unique custody solutions. When considering wallet options for the Note, nothing on the market fit those requirements. So we built our own: one of the first, cross-chain, self-custodial wallets designed explicitly for digital securities. We’ll be sharing more on Republic Wallet this summer.
Cross-chain support. While the Republic Note was built on Algorand, it was designed to meet the cross-chain security token standard, possessing burn and re-issuance capabilities. The goal was always to create an asset that would serve as the template for future digital securities across multiple chains, and the Republic Note is just the beginning.
New, hot look. For this recent offering, we unveiled a new design for the Republic Note. Have you seen it yet? Check it out in all its glory here.
The price of the note has increased based on our financial model that considers the growth mentioned above, and the additional benefits we’re exploring adding to the note.
