Luisa Bravo Hi @sharon-joyce All permits and documents are in order, but due to changes in the Tulum government, they are a bit delayed in delivering them back to us, in the meantime, we are organizing all the furniture that is already in the apartments. We will be updating a lot more about the organizing process can't wait to show you all how great it's looking.

Could we get a update with firm dates and numbers on Nectar Tulum. The last update was September and the units were supposed to be ready for STR for the peak winter season which has now started.
