I'm still trying to understand the benefit of this partnership with a mall operator. Malls have been going belly up for a really long time and I can't see that they're coming back. On the investor update call, you mentioned that they would like to leverage the Rentberry platform to lease out space, which sounds like a good use of our tech, but who is actually wanting to rent out mall space anymore, really? Is there more to what Triple Five Group is doing? Converting mall properties to data centers or something?
