Recently, SorbiForce filed a U.S. provisional patent application covering the core architecture of our next-generation battery — a significant step as we prepare for scaled production. 

This is the first of five strategic filings planned for this year.

Carefully Protecting Our Breakthrough

Over the past few years, we’ve developed a diverse platform of carbon-based energy storage technologies—over 20 different variations, tested and refined. While not all will reach the market, one breakthrough is now ready, and it is the right time to protect it.

We initially filed a provisional patent two years ago but chose to wait until the right moment. This patience ensured we could safeguard our innovation effectively, especially in regions where IP enforcement can be challenging.

We are preparing to file the following four targeted patents soon to strengthen our protection strategy and advance our path to commercialization.
