First Production Arosa Units in Process
Geared up for small-scale production
The first production unit carbon fiber Arosa bodies have been molded and delivered! Other long-awaited EV power train parts have arrived as well including batteries and motors. These parts will become the first production Arosa EV Hovercraft.

We have completed fabrication of a mold set of the lower hull, which we manufacture in house. Molding in various materials can give us different combinations of weight, strength, and resultant cost to the customers.

A fast-mold fabrication of the pilot console has allowed us to refine the dimensions of the interior and modularize the assembly and wiring steps.

Infrastructure updates
Our inventory management system is up and running and we’re looking at how and what can be automated as we go forward.
We continue to build out our facility space, particularly important as we begin receipt of components and assembly of the first Arosa units. Our first inspection from our building inspector went well!

Tilt trailer design and build
We’ve designed and prototyped a tilt trailer with new functionality and ease of use. This is designed to be simple to tow and quick to load and unload the Arosa.

Latest technical developments
Arosa performance improvements continue with test flights in the Blue beta unit.

In our product refinement phase, we verified the arrangement of the thrust fans and motors to balance weight and optimize airflow. We’ve made tweaks to the design of the thrust system and ducting to increase the airflow coming out the thrust exits. These updates will give the Arosa improved speed while maintaining advanced maneuverability.
